The location is good. The soap and no any amenities it’s bad. It’s weird to ask from the reception and they said they don’t have any, cause they don’t work with any company. It’s basic hygienic. And it feels like they’re saving money even for that.
The reception are nice but some of them should know a bit more about basic information, getting around etc.

Sun loungers are horrendous, wasn’t one that didn’t dip into the floor when you laid on them, for anyone like myself with back problems it’s a definite problem. Every part of the place except reception and pool need a revamp,

Stayed on bottom floor,rooms are very clean as is pool area.breakfast is beautiful.staff are very friendly.my daughter stayed on level 5 ,noise from local bars and road kept her awake .hotel is very central.would love to come back only if I could be guaranteed ground level.pool has a deep end more than 5feet .I loved it here

Comfortable, clean, affordable apartments. The staff are all very helpful, in particular Kailesh, hes always there to greet you with a friendly smile and helps with any queries you have. Great location to the beach and shops. This had been my 2nd stay in Costa volcan and I'll definitely be back.

We ended up here because we booked a package holiday this time. The location is great in the old town, near the port and the start of the Puerto Callero walk for us. The Drunken Monkey pub behind the apartments is a nice spot for a drink. We were on the fourth floor, facing poolside. The pool area had no sun umbrellas, so I didn't use it at all because I would find it too hot to stay there. It was very quiet, but we found the apartments a little too basic for us. A television without a remote, we didnt' even bother asking for one. No basic shower gel even in the showers. They were spotlessly clean though, cleaners in every second day. While not for us, they are fine if you just want a basic apartment in a good location.

Beds very clean and comfy, nice area near old town and new town it's the perfect place to stay lovely mini market and bar /cafe it's ideal and is located in a quiet area,restaurants and bars shops all close by .the beach is only a ten minute walk also oldtown is 5 minute walk and new town 5minute walk what more could you ask for i loved my stay

Here at the moment for a short break. Great position for the old town. Our apartment is very spacious and very clean. The bed is really comfy and quite large. We are staying in a room directly adjacent to the Drunken Monkey. Luckily we are night owls but anyone wishing for an early quiet night i think you would struggle. Lovely sea view from the balcony. Pool area was very clean and had new sunbeds. If you don’t like a lot of steps to climb to get on to the main road you can walk around the corner and turn right up a couple of steps/ ramp and it brings you out by The Bhoys Bar. Will definitely return.

We came as a group of friends & family for a wedding . There were 3 ladies with mobility problems . I emailed before to ask if it would be possible for ground floor . We got 5 flats in a row on the ground floor . This made our stay even more special . We could all sit out together . Pool bar was good value and had lovely staff . Reception staff were all lovely , very helpful . The 24 hour shop is a bonus . Very convenient and good prices . Room was spotless , it was cleaned every 2nd day . The only 1 thing is the mattress on the beds are not very comfy . Loved the fact we had 2 pillows each . Hopefully be returning soon xx

Gone down hill... have stayed previously 2019, 2017.. asked for lower level, given 3rd floor. Noise all night long, had to ask for a cleaner & bed to be change twice in 2weeks.. broken toilet took 2 days to repair. Food terrible. Sun loungers filthy & not enough for the capacity of occupants.. No umbrellas supplied.
