Aparthotel Costa Volcán & Spa

Sun loungers are horrendous, wasn’t one that didn’t dip into the floor when you laid on them, for anyone like myself with back problems it’s a definite problem. Every part of the place except reception and pool need a revamp,

Stayed on bottom floor,rooms are very clean as is pool area.breakfast is beautiful.staff are very friendly.my daughter stayed on level 5 ,noise from local bars and road kept her awake .hotel is very central.would love to come back only if I could be guaranteed ground level.pool has a deep end more than 5feet .I loved it here

Beds very clean and comfy, nice area near old town and new town it's the perfect place to stay lovely mini market and bar /cafe it's ideal and is located in a quiet area,restaurants and bars shops all close by .the beach is only a ten minute walk also oldtown is 5 minute walk and new town 5minute walk what more could you ask for i loved my stay

Here at the moment for a short break. Great position for the old town. Our apartment is very spacious and very clean. The bed is really comfy and quite large. We are staying in a room directly adjacent to the Drunken Monkey. Luckily we are night owls but anyone wishing for an early quiet night i think you would struggle. Lovely sea view from the balcony. Pool area was very clean and had new sunbeds. If you don’t like a lot of steps to climb to get on to the main road you can walk around the corner and turn right up a couple of steps/ ramp and it brings you out by The Bhoys Bar. Will definitely return.

Gone down hill... have stayed previously 2019, 2017.. asked for lower level, given 3rd floor. Noise all night long, had to ask for a cleaner & bed to be change twice in 2weeks.. broken toilet took 2 days to repair. Food terrible. Sun loungers filthy & not enough for the capacity of occupants.. No umbrellas supplied.

We booked Apartments Costa Volcan and Spa 20th Feb for 10 nights self-catering. We knew it would be no frills, you get what you pay for! However, the fact there are no parasols at all really let's this place down. It was 21 degrees whilst we were here, felt much hotter, and as I'm fair I really struggled. It's such a shame because the pool area is really clean, the pool was cleaned daily, ive stayed in 5 ☆ and the pool hasn't been as clean as here. There are plenty of sunbeds, no sunbed wars here, very chilled. We were in a ground floor apartment next to café area which opened at 8am but wasn't too noisy. Beds are relatively comfy, 2 lovely pillows, good shower pressure. We always eat out, so we didn't use the kitchen area other than to make a brew. The cafe has a menu you would expect, very reasonably priced, we had breakfast a few times, toasted sandwiches etc, what we had was delicious. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a must! There is a small shop on site where you can get water, milk, crisps, toiletries and essentials from, again well priced. Happy hour 3 - 4 pm daily. The room was cleaned every 2 days, towels changed. Everywhere we went was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good, 10 min walk from Old Town end of strip, close to Harbour. Plenty of good restaurants and bars. Like I said, the no parasols let's this place down, they need to invest! Sadly this will stop me returning to these apartments.
