This is my second time to this hotel and I love it. I came with my hubby and best friend and we had a ball. Food is very good, salad bar the best I've been to. Rooms are basic but very clean but could to with updating. Entertainment let this hotel down for me. It was awful! The French seemed to enjoy it but I think they are easily pleased. The one thing I came back for was the heated pool.. Fabulous. Would have liked music played around the pool in the day but not a biggie. I heard a rumour that this Hotel would be refurbished in the near future. My recommendations would be:- Kettle supplied in room More power sockets Shower screen not curtain Better entertainment who cater for us British people too Better sunbeds All pools to be heated Other than that, thank you, we'll be back!

We had a great time! Hubby wasn’t best pleased about no kettle in the room but realised half way through we could hire one food could be a bit hotter. animation team are what makes the holiday, great entertainment for all the family! Massive shout out to Fillipo amazing young man, always happy to help, always smiling and can see he truly loves his job! You should be honoured to have him working for you!

Hotel is set out in 3 different sections All 2 storeys high Rooms on 400s are across road so separate from other parts 4 pools 3 big and 1 small for children which is heated Pool in main building has ramp access Pool in second section has disabled chair access Pool bar at pool 2 and 3 Pool bar at pool 1 is main bar (inside so have to be dry to go in) Drinks available throughout day can serve yourself with hot drinks, juice, slushes and beer at pool 1. Snacks available throughout day (sandwiches and cakes) although not covered up so can go stale and soggy Ice cream available all day Have to purchase branded lollies and ice creams (card only) Restaurant in main building Food - standard - could be better Minimised and cleared away before end of time duration Rooms - dated in need of upgrading and TLC Animacion team - mostly friendly and speak all languages Only around pool 1 and have a timetable of events throughout day Kids club in evening and then shows most evenings (except Mondays which is karaoke) Friday night ‘white party’ had fire show which was really good Little shop onsite Excursions available Windy in evenings so need a cardigan/coat Walking distance to beach

Brilliant hotel , had the best time , it’s spotless , varied food , all presented nice , staff absolutely lovely can’t do enough for you , and the entertainment team are really good , came with my daughter for a week ,, still here until Wednesday, can’t fault it , just one tiny thing my bed too hard but it’s doable and our room was 1010 down in the dungeon but other than that was happy with it all ,,heated pool a bonus x

Just returned from a week away at the Oliviana. Firstly very clean. The majority of staff especially the reception and bar were friendly. We had a room outside the hotel which was clean and serviced daily the only issue was there was no aircon, we coped as there was a fan in the bedroom but the seating area was uncomfortable. We did ask about a fan but you have to pay for these or pay to move to a room with air conditioning. As only staying for a week and we had unpacked we remained in the room which would have been impossible in hotter months. There was a vast array of food at breakfast, lunch and evening meal, only downside was if you had a table at a distance the food was cold before you got to the table. All inclusive drinks were as expected but we all found something to drink. On tap wine, beer and soft drinks. The juice was very sweet more like squash. The hotel was in walking distance of the main strip for those that like to venture out. A taxi to the hotel would only be about 10 euros so do not bother with a transfer as we waited ages and were the last drop off.

Really nice hotel, a bit dated in places but the staff and food have been great. Last night's Fire Dream Show with Simone and Katy was amazing, way above a normal Animation Team's performance. The sunbeds aren't very comfortable and desperately need cushions, but there are plenty to go round - no need for 6am sunbed warriors thank goodness! Could also do with some toilets nearer the pool area, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back. Great location for airport, shops and beach.
