Very friendly staff the food is OK better than when we went last year good selection of food rooms are clean would prefer a double bed as the rooms are twin beds there is a smell of sewage that comes from the drain in the shower but this is not just at the hotel various other places close by too but overall we had a lovely time. The entertainment was great really funny guy

Great budget hotel,worth the money 100%. Staff are mostly lovely(Odd few non english speaking bartenders who came across as rude) Entertainment was 10/10 sam is such a great guy and had me in stitches he loves to keep everyone busy and laughing,Hotel room was cleaned often and was no problems with it at other than the sink plug not working and the shower either burning you alive or freezing you. Food was okay has lots of selection,reception staff were lovely and pool is well looked after. I would 1000% return the hotel is in such a good spot and is a great leg workout to get to Thankyou!!

We booked Plaza Palmeras as a Jet2 package, advertised as a “family-friendly complex with comfortable facilities.” The reality was shocking: loose handrails, faded safety tape around the outside areas, tired and worn out rooms with damaged dirty furniture, broken air con and rude staff and unhelpful staff. We had to pay 1 euro for a plastic cup and 3 euros a day for a safe! This is not the welcoming hotel described online. Jet2 refused to move us and we were forced to pay over £1,000 to relocate. Misleading advertising, unsafe conditions, and very poor customer service from Jet2 and the hotel. Jet2 have offered £115 compensation which is insulting and they claimed the hotel is up to their standard they would expect!!! Avoid!!!

The entertainment during the day is quite good, although at night there are Karaoke and other shows that went out of fashion years ago. We didn't care because being with our young son we sought tranquility and comfort, which we achieved in this hotel. Belen at reception was very nice to us and our son, and Alfredo to our anniversary as well. The location is good, although returning with a cart at certain times of the day is tricky

Positive: the food, the general cleanliness of the hotel, the spaciousness of the pool area and the friendliness of the management and restaurant team. Negative: the Wifi only reaches the entrance of the room, to watch movies on TV it is unstable. Overall I recommend it and, if the decoration is improved a little it is a place to repeat

We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of November and found this hotel to be a great little base for exploring the area. Yes it’s in need of some updating but we found our room to be clean with fresh towels provided daily and as we were only staying on a B&B basis we weren’t in the room or hotel a lot. Breakfast had plenty of choice - we didn’t struggle to find something to eat. So many lovely bars and restaurants nearby that we didn’t want to be restricted to eating/drinking in the hotel. Less than a 10 min walk to the beach/restaurants/bars although on a slight hill. Being slightly off the Main Strip means it was lovely and quiet at night.

Came here with friends, Good hotel for short stay, origanally booked B&B put upon arrival we upgraded since it was pretty cheap to have drinks and food around the hotel. Food was okay, breakfast excellent, and there are some snacks if you wake up later at the bar or in the afternoon some nachos, pizza, ham and cheese sandwich,.... Drinks are good, iced coffee is amazing. Bar staff lovely and helpfull as are the reception staff and cleaining staff. Entertainment is runned by Sam, great charisma and lovely banter, does morning activities, and will do the entertainment for 5 nights, nice to have a laugh and some pre drinks! In general good stay for a good price , will return.

Basic rooms - dirty & tatty. Didn’t get fresh towels till day three when I had to ask for them. Room was cleaned twice in a week and when we ran out of toilet roll and asked the cleaner - they refused us, I went to reception to get it. Food is dire , very little selection and the same every day. We ate out and got a take away a few times to avoid eating the barely edible stuff they called food. Only sprite for a soft drink if you need or want sugar free. The pool is an ok size but the cracks in the bottom of it. The overall look of the place is tired. Check out is 11am you get told to pay 15 euros pp or they cut your band off, we weren’t being picked up till 4pm! We went out to eat/drink for rest of day , we would rather pay outside and have some decent food and drinks ! “Entertainment” a bloke called Sam,chats crap, plays the same cd on loop every day. He was very cringy with innuendos all the time, being inappropriate around young girls.
