I have very happy memories of this hotel particularly as they made me feel very welcome been some one with a learning disabilities especially Anna one of entailment team top top some of hotel is very confusing as it is on different levels some bits like underground car park hotel needs in mason The hotel to give to people who stay at hotel aswell as map of The resort of pueto de la cruz

A lovely hotel let down by the food. Beautiful views, very relaxing and clean. Furnished to an acceptable 4 star standard. Aircon was not great and I woke up too hot because it reset to around 26 degrees at random times through the night once every night usually midnight give or take an hour. The food was so bad it removed all pleasure from eating. I paid and ate out 6 times in 9 nights despite being all inclusive.

A very nice hotel..the room was clean, modern with great views, some staff were more friendly than others. Pool was quite small for the size of the hotel, I would imagine if the hotel was full and they all decided to sit around the pool area, You wouldn't get a sun lounger. I think this hotel is more set up for elderly ppl as the entertainment was pretty rubbish if I'm honest, but older ppl seemed to like it. No smoking around the sun loungers and having to sit in the " lepers corner " as we called it made us feel ostracised. The hotel is situated on a high mountain/hill and was a difficult climb back up unless you got a taxi or bus, but ok if your quite fit unlike me hahahah...maybe I should quit smoking lol. Overall I'd recommend the hotel but would suggest they improve the entertainment as on the bad weather days there isn't a lot to do and we found ourselves getting bored and going out to sightsee more often than not

A very nice and chic hotel, located in a superb area with a view of both the Teide volcano and the Ocean, close to all points of interest. The food at breakfast was excellent and varied, overall we were very pleased with the experience we had! We thank you

The hotel was beautiful, vibes amazing , clean and well maintained, helpful staff and friendly, food was very good a variety of many different dishes , always a dish or 3 freshly prepared , many salads different vegetables and at least 8 different main meal options, many desserts and fruit and pastries all you could want. very clean and hygienic , staff so helpful and friendly 😀
