위치는 해변 바로 앞이라 너무 좋았어요! 호텔 문 앞에 나오면 바로 바다고, 숙소에서도 파도 소리가 들릴정도로 가까워서 좋아요!! 다만, 주차공간이 없고 건물이 좀 낡았어요. 노인분들이 많이 오시는것 같아요.

The entertainment was the highlight of my holiday (RAUL) - I've been on holidays all around the world and the canary islands but this man is the guy who I would employ in a heartbeat if I had my own hotel. Always happy, willing to help you as an individual regardless of age, religion or sexual orientation. The guy is a diamond he has made mine, my partners and my other 17 people's experience a five star. Raul he's comfortable in the spotlight, able to express himself freely and authentically, and he knows how to engage his audience and make each performance a memorable experience. A good guest knows how to captivate an audience and make a lasting impression. Also can't forget the towel man forgot his name. Absolute legend and the bar man Jonas. These staff would bend over backwards for you. Food is a solid 9/10 btw and we're not even picky eaters.

Just returned from this hotel. Great location and very clean hotel. Took a while to check in but staff were friendly. Luckily 3 lifts as we were on level 8. Great sea views. Cleaners were amazing coming in every day... very friendly and hard working. Showers were fantastic with hand wash, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in pumps....all was nice to use. There is a fridge in the room but that is it. U either take a travel kettle as I did but my son paid for one which was 25 euro for duration of stay....he did get crisps, juice, can pop, lots of tea, coffee and milk sachets but still quite pricey. Breakfast was lovely with huge variety of foods to suit everyone. Lunch had a good selection. Evening meal was ok. Couple nights were hit and miss so decided to eat out. You can only help yourself to drinks for breakfast...lunch and evening meal they seat you and take drink orders....had to move couple times as sun was blaring in window seats and too hot. Good variety of drinks and staff work hard. (Taimi was amazing with every guest...bubbly and chatty as her English was very good) So many fantastic cafes and restaurants close by. *************** POOL AND POOL BAR..... a big negative. Unless you go privilege don't expect to get served very quickly and they get priority for the sunbeds.....Pool area very small and quite shaded so used Lagoon across the road for 5.50 euros...well worth it. Basic pool food....waited 20 mins for a coffee a few times while there as staff were busy pampering P guests !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was not impressed and made me quite angry as we paid a lot of money to go all inclusive to this hotel....... Location is fantastic...straight outside to seafront ( tiny beach and rocky !!!) lots of surfers. Shops, restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. Lovely for an evening walk along the front as great atmosphere......and felt quite safe walking on my own. If it wasn't for privilege choice I would definitely return but becasue of my own experience that will not be happening sadly.

It's ok overall. The location is great. It's not a family hotel or great with kids. More suitable for elderly people. The facilities are 90% outdated, this place is in desperate need of renewal. Most of the staff is really nice, truly amazing people working in the restaurants, pool and "animacion", thank you camarer@s and especially Raul at entertainment! Cleaning staff very good as well. Front desk need improvement, they operate with ancient systems, tickets here and there that nobody can keep track of and very poor communications, some unpleasant even. To borrow a simple water cettle would have costed 30 euros /week so we ended up buying one. Rooms are smallish. Family room not adequate with a little older kids, only two beds for four people, no privacy. No proper storage for clothes and other things as we stayed longer and had o lot of stuff.

The hotel is very run-down with rusty food displays and so is the location. The food is appalling, the worst I have ever seen, if you are vegetarian-forget it. It should be no more than 2 star. I developed food-poisoning whilst I stayed there. The staff are welcoming but I would say over-worked. There were no facilities in my room despite upgrading, there was no kettle and no sea-view which is what I payed for. The images are mis-leading. It's a shame because further up the volcano, it gets better.

Pros : Nice oceanview and pleasant staff . Cons : Renovated junior suite have old entry and balcony doors from last century . Poor noise insulation .Wardrobe were installed when hotel was build. Ancient safe with a charge is hard to believe. Mini gym opens at 11 am ! Puerto de la Cruz suffers from cheap package tourism and poor quality restaurants.

This hotel is certainly not a 4 star hotel. We had booked a 7 day all inclusive family holiday travelling from Glasgow with Jet2. We are a Family of three, my wife and I are in our 30’s and we have a 10 year old. Our 3rd visit to Tenerife and first to this location. The hotel pictures looked really good on Jet2 website, reviews were okay ish. Upon arrival, the location is fantastic, can’t fault that at all. The hotel is very central to shops, restaurants and local amenities. Staff at hotel, majority of them aren’t too helpful, They hope you don’t ask them anything and they were doing a huge favour if you do ask any questions. Food at the one restaurant at this hotel is a buffet and average to say the least. Most of the food is under or over cooked. Most importantly Coffee and tea are off a machine so they are rotten. Rooms - We upgraded to a supreme room for an extra £400. Honestly what can I say, it was money down the drain. They squeezed three beds into this tiny room. We couldn’t fit or even unpack our suitcases and kept walking into furniture. Rooms need a paint job and cleaned properly. Bathroom had a leaking shower enclosure which flooded every time someone used the shower. No kettle in the room! There are two swimming pools, one was heated and the other was freezing. We had paid just about £3000 for our package holiday. This was a substantial amount for us. We decided enough was enough as we didn’t want to waste our hard earned money and our time of happiness in a hotel that didn’t have enough for our family so after two nights at this average hotel, we decided we were going to pay whatever it cost to get out of here, so with the help of Jet2 ( who were amazing the whole time) we managed to get ourselves a better hotel. Which we are thoroughly enjoying at the moment. Yes it was even more money out of our pocket but I hope no one else would come here thinking you are getting a 4 star stay! Small observation we made, majority of the customers we observed at this hotel were elderly. So if you have a young family. Please reconsider prior to booking this hotel.

Overall wasn't a good experience, they have a severe issue with cockroaches on the ground floor street-side rooms we had to move rooms which the staff was very helpful with, however when we got back to our room one day we had broken glass all over our room as the cleaner has smashed a bottle and cleaned half of it up but left most of the glass all over the room, the food is not great we went half board but only ate twice in the whole 2 weeks we was there, the hotel is situated in a great area with everything around it however some of the locals are not fond of English we had a lot of cases where staff at restaurants (out of the hotel) which was rude and ignorant towards us we found we got dirty looks in most places which made us feel uncomfortable, im not sure if it was our age as we are a young couple or the fact we was English, but we will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

Usually I don’t write reviews but I felt that on this occasion I should. We stayed for two weeks. The service was exceptional. The food and drinks were of good quality with a decent variety. All of the staff gave service of a high quality but I would like to give a special mention to: Miranda and Augustino who supported us throughout our stay with excellent information and kindness. Sandra from the El Lagar Restaurant who was lovely & provided a first class service for all of our meals. Ferando who not only gave great service but offered fantastic entertainment e.g. dancing with a waitress flamboyantly whilst still holding his tray with glasses on it! Raol (Team Blue Animation) who kept everybody entertained all through the day. These are just a few of the names that I can remember to give a mention to, but all of the staff from the managers all the way through to the cleaning staff were all great and I would love to have been able to mention them all by name but, unfortunately I cannot. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in great location. We stayed half board privilege for 9 nights. It was our 1st trip to the north of the island, so was open minded! The more we explored the more I warmed to the area. Located on sea front with a hive of shops, restaurant’s on the door step. We were located a room on 5th floor (526) with sea view, the rooms were clean comfortable with the privilege extras, kettle, coffee maker, robes, slippers etc. beds and pillows were like home from home super comfortable. Rooms are looking a little tired and could be done with a refurb, but for all the time we spent in them couldn’t complain. Lovely shower with plenty of hot water and power. Can’t comment on buffet restaurant as didn’t eat there, breakfast was served in the dining room on 3rd floor was ok, a bit disorganised, don’t know if they don’t understand or try too hard to please.. orders were wrong, cold coffee, too much fretting about. Stunning sea views from dining room if eating outside. Evening meals served in the outside pool terrace area did not disappoint. Beautiful a la carte menu and 1st class service. A special mention to Sandra who made our dining experience so very special and memorable.. Privilege lounge is for the privilege guests was a bit of a let down, good choice of drinks but snacks was limited and sparse, it was often left neglected and glasses lying about and supplies not replenished. It was rectified after complaining. Pool area was fab again after complaining that we couldn’t get a bed as many were reserved with towels all day with no one using them.. We were allocated a designated bed for the rest of our stay,we actually like using our sun beds rather than reserving them to go out for the day.! Great pools and hot tub and pool staff do a great job on a daily basis. All in all a great 1st time staying puerto de la Cruz and great choice of hotel. Would definitely stay again. Tip.. pay the extra and go privilege, it is worth the experience!

This was our 1st visit to H10 Tenerife Playa. As it was my wifes birthday, we upgraded to Privilege and we were not disapointed. Check in was very smooth and staff very attentive. We were allocated a room on the 5th Floor which had a sea view overlooking Lago Martinez ,we abosoluetly loved this room . It had everything that we required even with the walk in shower which we prefer rather than a bath. We did have a small issue with the air condioning, however this was dealt with very quickly by the maintenance team after contacting reception. Agustin and Mirander Public Relations / Privelege team are always on hand for any requirements that you may have. We did speak with Mirander on Serveral occasions, and with her helpfuness and bubbly personality we think she is a great asset to that role. We were half board and we did not find any issues with the Buffet,there was always plenty of choices and there is also show cooking along with themed nights. We also ate at the A La Carte resataurat which was very nice. Breakfast times we were always served by Vincente who is was always on hand and would assist with any dietry needs and it was always a pleasure to see his smiling face and cheerful personality. On the whole we found that all staff within the hotel were always very plesant and helpful, where upon we have alredy booked our return visit.

I came on holiday by myself for two weeks, Dec 2024. This is my third time staying at H10 Playa and my 45 year since I first visited Puerto de la Cruz. The hotel is very well run and the staff are very hard working people. They give good attention to detail and have been supportive of all my needs for these two weeks. Pedro, barman/ waiter is an excellent people person, very warm and welcoming. Jota at the pool bar is equally excellent: very welcoming, grnuine and like Pedro a true professional. Mind you,call the bar staff are great! The pool entertainers, Rail and Wilcar are just amazing entertainers and put their whole hearts into the job. Walcar could easily be on the stage in London! Well done guys, you kept us fit and happy. Sandra at reception was amazing in getting me the room I wanted: she never gave up until she fulfilled my needs; she is the reception star! I felt I left my home in Glasgow and arrived at my home again at H10 Playa: everyone went out if their way to help. Lrt's not forget the room cleaning staff: my room was always done to perfection. Well done to them too! Only one negative: on my arrival I was not offered a glass of Cava; several other couples were offered a Cava. It made me feel a wee bit lonely. Remember, reception is the first point of contact with new or existing customers and first encounters often set the scene for the holiday. Reception staff must always be alert to solo travellers, always be courteous and not bad tempered and always ready to reach out and answer customer queries with a pleasant and professional attitude. It takes alot of hard work for a hotel team to successfully provide a seamless service and in my case I feel that management have achieved this and I again would like to thank the whole team for making me feel secure, happy, on holiday and feeling that I was a part of the family at H10 Playa! Well done to you all and a very happy Christmas to all staff and their families.

Great hotel, lovely staff throughout. Bedrooms were cosy we had a twin room with balcony. Bathroom had the essentials required so if you forgot toothbrush & toiletries they have it on hand in your room. All inclusive was fab - drinks were branded - nice. Hotel was opposite the Lake Martinous which was like island with sea water surrounding this beautiful place & cost 5 euros for the day. The little yellow train was couple mins away from the hotel &free upto Loro Parc which runs every 20mins First time to the resort & hotel which had everything NR by. Rooftop area with views to see was amazing A big thank you to all the staff within the hotel whose customer service was to a T - cannot fault anything. If I could get a great deal to go again & visit - I would go back.

The hotel room was fine, beds uncomfortable and bed legs broken so the bed slid around but ultimately fine when you’re not spending a lot of time in there. My bedsheet had some odd red staining on, and even when replaced still had marks on. Shower head was quite limescaley and the water temperature fluctuated but otherwise was fine. The food was as expected of an ill inclusive buffet, some nice and really good, some subpar, didn’t enjoy any deserts and the same was offered pretty much every night. The hotel itself is nice and in a great location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby plus beaches and beautiful views. The hotel pool was decent, one very very cold (like ice!) but the other warmer and nice to skin in. The highlight of the trip was definitely some of the staff. Raul for one, running the day to day activities and even if you weren’t participating generally making you smile and laugh! Absolutely hilarious and so friendly, makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. When in the bar in the evening we started our trip a bit down as we got ignored for 15/20 minutes and when I went to the bar to order (they do table service not order at bar) I got ignored by 4 members of staff for 5 minutes (all of which saw me and chose to ignore me) until I finally managed to get someone’s attention to say we wanted drinks. However, after this we were served by an amazing waiter called Jonas, who was insanely attentive, left us always with drinks and happy, and learned our order after only a day! He was so friendly and fun and made our trip. We then had the pleasure of being served by Mai and Fernando, both of which were so friendly and attentive and fun, and we cannot credit them (plus Jonas!!!) enough for making our trip enjoyable. If not for Raul, Jonas, Mai and Fernando I would not have given it the 4 star “very good” rating I have. Overall we enjoyed our staff but again, the selected staff have made it much more enjoyable and we would consider returning.
