Truth...lovely week here room 807 pool view and sea view..cleaners amazing..reception staff amazing and the bar starts and restaurant staff amazing..yes the hotel is a little bit dated .but they can't do enough for you alexia the best cocktail mixer ever margarita specials i have no negative comments the food..there is always something to eat ..go yourself and ok not 5 star but you won't go hungry will be back again

Back again to this lovely hotel, the food was excellent quality very diverse and lots of it. Very friendly staff from cleaners to front of house everyone says hello. The hotel is ideally situated for Lago Martinez salt water swimming pools and the bus stop for Loro Parque animal zoo also taxi and the local Titsa bus service. Lots of great restaurants I would recommend Lido just outside the hotel area is nice and flat for those with mobility issues and the hotel has several lifts to all floors. Definitely be back again.

We have stayed previously at the Catalonia Las Vegas but we haven’t been for several years now but even after 6 years it is still the same and still has the same wonderful charm that it always has done. When we arrived we were given an upgraded room which gave us a large balcony with sunbeds and a gorgeous view of Teide, so me and my partner spent a lot of time soaking up the sun whilst on the balcony. The room was clean and tidy, with a large tv and plenty of space including a mini fridge and a large spacious bed. We found the food great and the service we received was also excellent. I would like to give a special mention to Jacqueline who works behind the bar, she works incredibly hard and is always polite. The reception staff are also very friendly, we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman when we arrived (we are unsure of his name but he has long hair) and we were served by a very friendly and polite gentleman named Oscar when we checked out. The reception team were great at handling any questions we had. Now on to entertainment, we found the hotel had a great variety of shows and singers of an evening accompanied by free bingo which was very fun. It filled a nice few hours for us and we enjoyed all of the entertainment that was on offer. We did a few of the activities during the day that are on offer and we did the activities with Maria who was very friendly and helpful and made sure everyone was enjoying the activities. We also thought the pool area was nice, it was nice and clean and the pool is nice and large which gives plenty of room to swim. We also think that the hotel is in a perfect location as it is so close to the sea and is right at the heart of many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Catalonia Las Vegas and we will be returning. Thank you to everyone who made our stay pleasant.

Had a great time in this budget friendly hotel. Clean, friendly, a bit dated hotel. The food was good without being exceptional. Beds very comfortable air conditioning was good also. We were on the sea front side which was a bit noisy but stopped at 11 so no problem. The noisy bar does nice cocktails and a lovely Iberico ham platter. Always sunloungers available as the non reserving in place works. The only things I didn’t like were the happy hour drinks didn’t include cocktails, the restaurant was very noisy after 8 o’clock, so go early to avoid. The big lido down the road was a huge success for me, a massive seawater pool, biggest I’ve been in, brilliant as the local beaches are awful. All in all a great holiday at a great price.
