We had a really good stay in this hotel , please don’t worry about some of the negative reviews .. Hotel is perfectly located , close to the beach and town . 15 minute walk . We enjoyed the food and drink plenty of choice . Entertainment every evening . Won’t always be to everyone’s taste . Staff were friendly , helpful and professional throughout the hotel including housekeeping and reception. Negatives - The hotel is dated but clean and well maintained. If I had to be ultra critical mattresses are a little hard for my liking , my husband also thought the corridors are too dark because motion sensitive lighting .

I would say this is a 2 star or 3 star hotel at a push. The hotel very dated stuck in the 80s. Same as the entertainment think that was stuck in that era to. The food was terrible, never had any meats also the same salads that been out for every breakfast, lunch and dinner. We did all inclusive at the hotel but was not worth it, food was so bad we had to eat out most days. Also the drinks options for the all inclusive was rubbish, cocktails out of a machine that taste horrible or only allow beer or wine. Only good thing was the pool but they do play the two same songs all day for the whole week so take some ear plugs or headphones.

The good:- Staff on reception very polite & helpful. Nice pool with plenty of sunbeds. Decent location. The not so good:- the food was not always hot and there were some oddities (broccoli, carrots & cauliflower at breakfast?!). Bed mattresses not the best. Bad smell from air conditioning sometimes. That said, we had a good deal on the hotel and as a base it was fine! Great staff.

Still here, day 5 of a two week stay. We have stayed in lots of hotels across Europe, some of them 2 or 3 stars and they are far superior to this one. Rooms are 2 star at most, based on other hotels we have stayed in. Food is all processed and bland, but I have to be honest and say breakfast is ok . All inclusive drinks are cheap immitations of the real thing and not nice atall. Will give it a couple more days then will be loooking for another hotel. Poor.

Very nice, clean hotel. Food and entertainment are great, and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Loro parq is also within walking distance if you fancy a day out.

Check in 9/10- arrived at 1.30am, reception was prepared for our arrival. Supplied with information sheet which was helpful. Although only one of the two supplied key cards worked. Room 5/10- standard holiday room with two large single beds pushed together to make a double. There was also a sofa which converted into another bed for extra occupants , which if used would have made room very cramped. There was only one cushion on bed per person, although asked for more and they were supplied within a few hours by the cleaners. Bedding and towels had holes in them and were a bit threadbare, but were clean. towels were changed daily. Floor of room was laminate type flooring which was lifting and peeling, wasn't cleaned particularly well and felt gritty on bare feet. Furniture dated and worn, probably needed to be replaced. Small balcony with a great sea view. Cleanliness 3/10 - Cleaners seemed to do the bare minimum. Floors always dirty and sand was not hoovered/ brushed up. Carpeted areas in hotel were dirty. Walls in rooms hadn't been washed down as showing signs of spillages on them. Room cleaning was hit or miss, they just made the beds some of the days not cleaning bathroom, or floors. Food/ Restaurant 2/10: Buffet type restaurant with strange combinations, (sprouts and carrots for breakfast?). Sausages often undercooked at breakfast. They claimed that the food 10-12am at pool bar was late breakfast, this was just the remains from the cooked restaurant breakfast …. cold, nothing fresh. The food at pool bar was always cold, and wasn't particularly appealing. Pool 7/10: Water was clean although there was the usual lack of sunbeds There was sunbeds in a area that were never used and was apparently reserved for 'Adult club' which had to pay extra for, nobody did while we were there. Sunbeds had plastic covered mattresses, which you stuck too. Bar - Good selection of drinks in the All-inclusive package, San-Miguel was the beer and premade cocktails from a dispensing machine were included. Although in the evening they often ran out of glasses and served drinks in small paper cups, it also seemed that some people never got served their drinks in glasses even when available. (Guests who were not all-inclusive and paying always got glasses and cocktails were freshly made in the shaker by the barman.) There was often a queue as there was mostly only one barman on at any one-time. General Hotel 5/10: Lifts - two out of the three lobby lifts were only ever working. Public Areas - Mostly tiled a lot were cracked. Carpets in corridors were in need of cleaning. Metal floor Carpet / Tile trims were lifting all over the hotel. Seating - Cushions all covered with plastic, and bare skin stuck to them. Furniture - Requires updating.
