It might be cheap but it’s not worth it the shower is a dribble beds worn. Doesn’t feel safe big gap in the door I wouldn’t leave valuables in room. I know it’s only £30 a night but I would say it’s worth it to pay more for a nicer hotel

It was difficult to find reviews on this time share exchange property so, here’s a review. Check in for this timeshare is on the 4th floor, Aston Waikiki Banyan is on the first floor, off of Oahu Street. When you are in front of the Aston desk look to your right, about 75 feet down that corridor are the elevators to “Tower 1”. (To your left about 15 feet away are the elevators to “Tower 2”) Take the “Tower 1” elevators to the 4th floor, follow the signs. I arrived about 2 hours before checking time (4PM). I was advised, lower level rooms were available, other rooms, possibly those with ocean views, would be available later, if I wanted to comeback later. I returned later. The room 2710 was clean and the king bed was comfortable. I found no bugs during my stay at all. The furniture is older and the cabinets, carpets fixtures are all older, but clean and everything worked, stove, AC, refrigerator etc. I will stay here again for the following reasons: Location- I prefer this side of Waikiki Price - This timeshare, exchanged for the timeshare I own is equivalent and a good value for me, when pricing a weeks hotel stay in a hotel in the same area. Cleanliness - the room was clean, no bugs, no dirt on the carpet no mold in the shower no unidentified goo in the refrigerator (unlike my experience @ Marriott Maui North something- I haven’t reported that experience on Trip Advisor, but I will.) Staff were friendly and helpful. This property is owned by several entities and by individuals who live there, the elevators are heavily used. Elevator etiquette is always nice to share and experience.

Trop cher en cette période de fêtes de fin d’année pour cette établissement ….Par contre très bon emplacement , plein centre et très calme , pas de petit-déjeuner proposé mais un bar très bien en propose juste en bas avec du bon personnel !

Ottima posizione pieno centro. Pulizia giornaliera e qualità prezzo, staff gentile. Negative riteniamo assenza di parcheggio, in 15 giorni di permanenza mai mai trovato un posto nelle vicinanze come consigliato dalla struttura. Abbiamo sempre parcheggiano lontano per tutto il soggiorno, non c'è aria condizionata, sei costretto a tenere finestre aperte e sentire rumori della strada. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, si sente tutto dalle stanze vicine. Bisogna tenere conto che il bagno è adiacente alla testata del letto Con un cavedio con sfoghi d'aria. Si sentono tutti gli scarichi e i rumori corporei dei clienti ad ogni ora. La vasca doccia e visibilmente logora non ha il miscelatore e quindi bisogna trovare la giusta combinazione tra acqua calda e fredda con relativi cali di pressione. Quindi o ti bruci o senti freddo. Se si è abili si può anche generare la giusta combinazione di gradazione. Lo consiglio solo se come noi non abbiamo trovato alloggi liberi.

Kamer prima, lekkere bedden, balkon voor twee personen,lift, goede schoonmaak, vriendelijk personeel, uitstekende locatie. Strand en centrum binnen vijf minuten bereikbaar. Veel restaurants in de omgeving.

Este hotel está en la que es, para nosotros, la parte más bonita del Puerto de la Cruz, entre la Plaza del Charco y Playa Jardin. Son sentimos bien atendidos por su personal. Buena limpieza también. De precio es de los más económicos del centro. Sin duda volveremos el próximo invierno.
