Hotel datato ma comodissimo, praticamente fronte mare e in centro, sconsiglio la colazione , personale cordiale e sorridente, molti ragazzi e anziani . Per dormire tutto ok

People, don't waste your money on this hotel! Corresponds to a 2-star hotel, everything is old and depreciated. The rooms are under all criticism, the air conditioner does not work, the mattresses are quite hard and guarantee that you will not have a good sleep. The food is very monotonous. The coffee and juices in the restaurant are the worst quality I've ever had in my life. The pool is small, the sunbeds are old and broken. In addition, the restaurant is underground and is like a beehive. The rooms are noisy because the windows are old, you can hear plates clinking all day long. The elevators are old and slow and in most cases you have to take the stairs.

Hotel is certainly not a 4 star as advertised, it is in need of a overhaul a total renovation, shower is like a caravan shower with the shower tray filling with water and not emptying, bad smell of sewage in bathroom Breakfast very basic and limited only went for one morning,. Air con was very noisy and not that cold, and my room was hotter than outside and that was after having the air con on for 3 hours Staff are friendly but think they have to be to compensate for lack of services. I went to bar and asked for a cup/mug for coffee and used my manners to be met with rude staff member who tried to make me say please again Beds comfortable but pillows are terrible, no holiday makers stayed at hotel during day and at most saw three couples around the pool, I complained and got flight home early, turnt up Wednesday 23rd October 10pm and was booked back on flight home on 26th ...... Very depressing and if I was going to travel to Puerto de la Cruz steer well clear of hotel

First the positives- 1. The staff were friendly. 2. The location is very good in Puerto De La Cruz. Next the rest- 1. The rooms and the whole hotel needs a major upgrade. It's like a 60's tower block inside and out. 2. The food in limited in it's range and of poor cheap quality. There is very little food variety. Most of it is included in the photos. 3. The pool is dirty and isn't heated. 4. You can hear booming music until the late hours. I have enclosed some photos for you to see. Don't go to this hotel if you are thinking of travelling from abroad, you will be sorely disappointed.

Not a four star by a long measure. Room basic- decor poor quality (tiling looked like it had been done by someone with a faulty spirit level and not even a basic grasp of tiling). Breakfast was worst ever had and didn’t attend after first couple of mornings. Exterior decor very poor quality too. With paint flaking, cracks corrosion all visible. Beds were comfortable tho and useful safe in room. Parking was not usable due to very tight 90 degree turn. All in a good 2star plus. No more.

This hotel has never been a 4 star plus hotel, we went at the end of August the room we was given was low standard, damaged furniture with stains on it that didn’t look pleasent, we payed extra for a more premium room with a balcony to find out every room has a balcony, and the more premium rooms were on floor 6 upwards, we was on floor 3, we went full board the food was average, the beds were comfortable, and the receptionist were really helpful, pillows weren’t comfy at all you, the shower was more like a caravan shower, and the bath you stood in was sinking we thought we was going to fall through it, the hotel from floor 6 onwards may have been ok but from 6 downwards I would not recommend.

When we entered the staff welcomed us. In the next morning the breakfast was good. At the lunch we ate fresh fruits. Everything was good. The negative thing is that the pool was very cold. No heating. If there was a heater i would give 5 of 5 but 4 of 5 is the best.

We booked the hotel through an travel agency package, advertised as a 4 stars hotel. It has to be demoted 1-2 stars as to people know in advance and decide whether it’s worth the stay or not. The room and bathroom are very unpleasant – basic, old fashioned and need total renovation. No bathroom amenities, but just a small soap. The hotel has smell of mold and cooked food. Cleaning and food were not corresponding of a 4 star hotel, very old fashion furniture… Upon check-in there was a problem with the air conditioner and water was leaking in the room, apparently it had been leaking before. No adequate reaction of the hotel staff, the hotel manager, nor the travel agency. The only positive is that the hotel is close to the sea and Lago Martianez / lakes and beach with ocean water/. I would not recommend!

Nice clean hotel, rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. There is a kettle and fridge in the room you can ask at the bar for cups to make tea/coffee. Rooms are kept clean and tidy daily by house keeping and are alternated on a Saturday and Sunday. Day trips can be booked at reception and are cheaper than outside we realised this too late and could have saved ourselves 20€ on Siam water park. The pool is small and cold and you can’t use inflatables. There is a huge selection of pools along the sea front which you can access for 5€ each person, you can use the sun beds and stay all day. The restaurant is fast pace and I was surprised by the variety available for both breakfast and dinner, breakfast offers tea and juice with your food but only water with dinner. We was half board and that’s what was available to us. We are a family of 5 with one fussy eater and we were all more than happy with meal times. The bar sells a wide range of cocktails at a better price than the bars and restaurants outside. Staff are friendly and happy and will do their best to help. Just returned home and this was a wonderful family holiday that I will remember forever. Beautiful views and location was within easy access to shops bars and restaurants. The beaches are volcanic black sand and are rocky with lovely rock pools. Larger beaches are about 20 min walk away but the water was contaminated when we was there so you couldn’t go in the sea but the beaches were lovely to sunbathe on. Watch out for people selling fake bags they can be rude it’s not recommended to engage with them unless you are genuinely wanting to purchase a bag regardless of knowing the quality or price as looking is fuel for their persistent unpleasant pressure for you to buy there and then. Would highly recommend this holiday.
