Nothing wow really, cleaning could be better, same as servive. The location is not very good as steep hills etc and nothing around like restaurants. You must resaxh city centre for that. A 3 star hotel ut on certain things i will say 2 stars

Exceptional stay! The hotel offered impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and a prime location near major attractions. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with diverse options. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Das Hotel ist prima. Haben Halbpension gebucht, am Abend mussten Getränke seperat gezahlt werden, dies muss nicht sein.

Leider wird man morgens um 8 geweckt weil das housekeeping die Betten und Sessel übers Laminat kratzt um besser putzen zu können. Bei den dünnen Wänden macht das ein Mörderlärm. Ich würde im Urlaub gerne ausschlafen können. Das Zimmer und der Balkon haben leider nie Sonne und blicken auf die Felswand des Barranco. Alles andere ist OK und dem Preis angemessen.

Great staff, food and entertainment. Try the Flamboyan restaurant inexpensive and superb food. Thanks to all the staff in the restaurants, bars, cleaning, animation, reception. Lovely gardens. Free and punctual bus into town Zero thanks to the TUI service though.

We have had three lovely weeks in this great place. The surrounding was beautiful with a lot of space to stroll around in. Big and spacious room with balcony and nice see view. The restaurant delivered food with a great variety of dishes. Convenient with shuttlebus to town. The staff were polite and service minded.

We're 3 days into our stay here & got to say the area, the staff, the food & the prices are exceptional. There's plenty to do on site but there's also a free bus service from the hotel to a shopping mall in the town centre so another bonus. As it stands, we'd highly recommend this place

The food is great, and the staff is mostly very kind and helpful. The views are amazing and it’s close to town. The only thing I wish for is warmer water in the pool on the fifth floor and a bit more available coffee for my husband… he gets cranky otherwise…

We stayed in this hotel as part of a Tui package holiday. Overall we really enjoyed the place, it’s not 5 star but for what we paid it was great. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking beautiful gardens. The buffet style breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. And now the hitch! The rooftop pool is a naturist pool which we wanted to use. Access is only allowed via special access card which is good, however while we were up there every hour male staff were wandering around, sweeping up around us etc unnecessarily and generally loitering. I complained at reception and the male member of staff dismissed me out of hand and said he also went up there from time to time! Not appropriate in my view which is why I’ve mentioned it on here. Maybe I’m being prudish and if it doesn’t bother you then fine, but it put us (particularly my wife) off using it again.

This is the worst hotel experience we have ever had .. the photos are nothing like the hotel.. misleading ..it is a run down 70s hotel with old dated furniture. As soon as we walked into the reception I felt like crying , it just looked tired , unwelcoming and budget. We paid £850 each and paid £300 upgrade as our previous hotel had building works . The gardens are mostly dead and not well kept, we walked 5 mins down a dark slope to dining area .. couldn’t believe the food on offer .. just nasty, cheap and unappealing.. was served with a nice local wine from a friendly waitress . (she was attentive friendly and gave us tips of lively bars and shopping centres.. ) unfortunately she went off and was replaced by rude male waiters who you had to ask three times to have a drink with your meal.. and walked off all the time.. made us feel an inconvenience asking for a small glass of wine .. we then Went up to our room , in a small old rickety lift . At first glance the room was a nice size over looking the pool.. pulled back bed covers to find two long black hairs in the bed , stains on bed throws (don’t think they are washed regularly). No air conditioning. Asked reception for 2 fans and £20 deposit we were given one 20 year old fan and a heater. Bathroom floor looked dirty , black mould around sliding door , thick yellow stuff coated on side of sink .. felt like throwing up. Day one went to pool , dirty sun beds, freezing water no bar drinks .. to get a drink you had to go down the lift , five floors walk through reception around side of hotel , down slope to bar adjacent from restaurant 15 min walk there and back balancing drinks in the lift . The other pool was a cold larger one , (bar 3 min walk ) took 10 mins for two people to make a cocktail and pour a lager ..whilst talking leaving me standing while walking off and just couldn’t be bothered. The food got a little bit better throughout the week but 2 days later my partner had severe sickness and diarrhoea and spent whole day in bed he refused to eat anything for rest of the week . The grounds are hilly , dirty rocks with huge over grown cliffs with what looks like dead carcass lying at bottom. Spoke to TUI advisor to be told that it was a very different type of hotel. then got email to say that the hotel had offered to change our room? But no one from hotel approached us and the whole hotel was the problem not just the room.. was offered £100 in compensation and was given a bowl of old fruit , a bottle of red wine which we don’t drink and two stems in a vase from the garden. There’s a lovely fat ginger cat which positions himself just halfway up the step slope on the cliff and is well fed by hotel guests. The lizards are really cute and entertaining. The huge rat running around as we sat on patio to entrance of restaurant caused a scream or two from other guests . There are cockroaches in reception area and although their is a shop and bar it was never opened. Entertainment is up two

I remember your arrival, the TUI rep told me what had happened with your booking. As and as a welcome gift we ordered a fruit basket for your room. I witnessed this and excuse me, but the fruit was not old. The maid was kind enough to ask the gardener for some flowers from the garden to make her arrival a little more pleasant, an arrival which we did not receive at the last minute and which we tried to welcome in the best possible way. On the other hand, her husband felt sick and I was the one who gave him some advice on how to stop his diarrhoea, going personally to the kitchen to fetch some lemons and leave them for him. I witnessed the staff's involvement with you so I consider the review you have given to all the staff to be quite unfair. Regarding your remarks on the condition of the hotel, we take your comments very seriously. We are in a continuous process of improvement, and are working on upgrading our facilities to ensure a more comfortable experience for all our guests. The photos on our online channels are updated regularly, but we understand that your experience did not reflect what you expected. We will review this carefully to avoid confusion in the future. Regarding the cleanliness issues, we are very sorry for the inconvenience you encountered. This is not representative of the standard we aim to provide. I have passed on your comments to the housekeeping team to review and correct these issues immediately. We will take steps to ensure greater attention to detail in the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Regarding the animals you say you encountered, we apologise for this situation. The truth is that I don't know how this could have happened as we go through exhaustive checks on an almost monthly basis to avoid this type of situation. The hotel is surrounded by 12,000m2 of gardens, so although we make every effort to do our utmost, unfortunately, despite our involvement, there are situations that are beyond our reach. Even so, we have taken note of the matter and we are very sorry for your stay. Great 3 star hotel Perfect for a mini break Yes - it is hilly but no more than 15 minute walk into centre of Puerto de la Cruz Plus there is always the hotel shuttle bus if talking isn’t for you Buffet style breakfast and dinner Reasonably priced drinks Staff are lovely Superior studio was huge Room 511. Set in gorgeous well maintained gardens.

We went eden for 10 Days, what an amazing hotel with beautiful gardens & Pools We would like to thank all the staff for being so friendly & helpful. The entertainment was really good from bingo, karaoke & singers. The food was excellent with a wide range to choose from. Really nice rooms, kept really clean. It is quite hilly going into the town but there is a free shuttle bus , also you can get a taxi from around 5 euros.

In generall hotel is not even 3 stars.All equipment in the hotel is from late 80’s would say. 1. Staff in reception- not very friendly and helpful ( as soon I arrived and was doin my check in lady on the desk was talking to other guest and put my departure wrong - not professional approach. Also not enough info what and how I can get the most from the visit.She just gives me a qr code to find out myself- joke!) 2.I did arrive late but still on time to eat dinner - when I sow food and taste it I was nearly in tears…. All food was cold and not seasoned at all. It was like 9pm and food was served till 10pm but was only end bits…. I’m professional chef and when I sow this food I was shocked how someone can’t cook and serve food like this to the guests. 3.Room- I took superior studio and wasn’t superior at all( mayby in 80’s). Rusty shower, sofa devastate and old , balcony door rusty , NO AIRCON!!!!, cleaning the room was shocking- lady just change the bed and take rubbish, she left all bits from bin on the corridor.I decided to just change towels after this cos what’s the point! 4.Hotel is on the massive hill so be aware of this. After paying for superior studio I definitely expected bit more - will never comeback , better pay extra more for better standard.
