Hotel was great, very clean and well maintained. The views were fantastic, weather was beautiful and overall a great trip. Porto Colom is a pretty fishing village within walking distance from the hotel. Buses are accessible to visit other resorts if you want to get around and see more of island. The staff were amazing, kind friendly and knowledgeable polite and an asset to the hotel. The food was excellent with a good range of dishes. The only negative I can say about that part was the labelling of food could have been clearer stating what was vegetarian or vegan and listing the ingredients as unclear sometimes as to whether there was meat in the dishes or not ! If you’re reading this and thinking of going BOOK IT !

This Location is absolutely amazing, it's very quiet if your looking for a place to just chill this is the place. The rooms are pretty dated but clean and bed was extremely comfortable. The food , I thought wasn't great, but again I can be a picky eater. The hotel really caters for Germans ( my opinion) we found the Germans always got served first at the bar even some of the Germans noticed that too, but only if the female German staff was working , we didn't mind at first but got quite annoying towards the end. The staff work so so hard, especially the bar staff which is so short staff, normally there was only one person on, I don't know how they done it, but they always had a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend this Hotel, this was our second year to go back, not sure if I do a 3rd year tho.

I have just returned from a weeks holiday at the hotel. The staff are so nice - smiles, helpful - made me feel at ease!! The hotel was kept spotlessly clean! Food was good - good choices - one evening (unfortunately my last) was a little bit of a let down but that's life!! The views at the back of the hotel are amazing Lovely to sunbathe, read in such beautiful surroundings!! Will be back next year for a longer stay!!

Everything is great about this hotel, the cleanliness, food, view etc but there is just one element that needs a bit of a tweak. The cocktails are a little quirky, what I mean is the menu lists one set of ingredients but the bar staff chose alternatives. I love a Long Island iced tea however in a weeks stay and asking various bar staff I get a weird pre mix with orange juice except when the older bar tender made it correctly. It hasn’t spoilt my holiday, just made me steer clear of the cocktail’s

This was our third visit and we were not disappointed. Our room was 505 which was a nice room (best so far) and the view was stunning. Staff very friendly and helpful and food was good. Love the 25m pool and also you can throw yourself into the sea too. Perfect place to just relax for 10 days.

It was the best view I ever had from a hotel balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was always kept clean and with A/C it was a very good temperature. The food is really good, with plenty to choose from. Stairs into the sea and the pool made it perfect for hot days. The Bed was very comfy and big enough, even for me as a tall Person (185cm/6ft1inch). Would recommend it to everyone and will come back myself.

Just been for my second stay here. Check in and staff wonderful Rooms, basic but spotless, how much time do you spend in there anyway? Bed was comfy and view from balcony was lovely. FOOD absolutely perfect, plenty of choice, lovely and fresh made every meal time. Drinks - again really good, choice of cocktails and spirits on all inclusive. Yes plastic cups but do you want glass next to a pool? Never any queues at the bar and staff did decent measures. No sunbed wars here, plenty of space to choose from, 2 pools and a little plunge pool, and steps into the sea for swimming. Gym on top floor with Hot tub , sauna and steam room, with amazing views. A wonderful stay, I will be back again. This hotel is perfect if you want a nice peaceful holiday to chill, no pool games on in the day or people bugging you to do activities, and entertainment on 3 nights a week. The view, staff and food are what make this place so brilliant

The hotel is right on the cliff which gives beautiful views of the sea. There are plenty of sun loungers and they are spread out over the complex. There are so many facilities: 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi overlooking the sea and steps that lead straight into the sea which is perfect for snorkelling. The food is delicious with plenty of choice and the drinks selection was good with slushies included in the all inclusive. The rooms are a bit outdated and the shower is a bath with a curtain which is a little disappointing but didn’t affect our experience. It is a 20€ taxi to Calas de Mallorca, where the main bars and restaurants are that show live sports as Cape Colom is a quiet area, so bare that in mind if you want to watch sports. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with excursions etc. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday and would return.

The location is superb with 180 degrees sea views to the charming harbor of Porto Colom. The hotel has 2 pools, direct access to the sea where you can swim in a small beautiful cove. The gym located at the rooftop terrace has the best views I ever enjoyed while working out. Includes a jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. The staff were very attentive. The buffet has a wide variety of choices, tasty and well balanced. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT! Treat yourself to an experience in this hotel! I will definitely come back.
