For shared use: natural state property 3 ha, garden plants and trees, orchard, swimming pool fenced (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, tennis, volleyball court, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
