Hôtel récent , propre dans son ensemble . Attention il s’agit d’un club de vacances : donc bruyant avec des animations , animations jusqu’à 23 heures , musique non stop à partir de 10 heures le matin. Restauration sous forme de buffet pour les 3 repas : pas de qualité , nourriture industrielle.

AJ: We were in Sardinia first time and we choose this hotel and it is brilliant. Personal service perfect. We love this hotel. Food was delicious and rooms looked very lofty. When problem happened Margharita solved everything she is sweet and kind person and also professional she knows many languages and hotel manager is realy cares what his customers think about hotel. We will travel there for sure here more then once. If you wnat travel to the island you must borrow a car (they solved also). Hotel beach is 200 meters from hotel. Hotel is in a more remote location on north. You must prepare for Sardinia taxes for 21 eur/person for week. CZ: Byli jsme na Sardinii poprvé a vybrali jsme si tento hotel a je to skvělé. Osobní služby perfektní. Milujeme tento hotel. Jídlo bylo vynikající a pokoje vypadaly velmi vznešeně. Když se vyskytl problém, Margharita vše vyřešila, je to milá a milá osoba a také profesionální, že zná mnoho jazyků a manažer hotelu se opravdu stará o to, co si jeho zákazníci myslí o hotelu. Budeme cestovat tam určitě tady více než jednou. Pokud chcete cestovat na ostrov, musíte si půjčit auto (vyřešili také). Hotelová pláž je 200 metrů od hotelu. I had the most amazing experience at Hotel Red Sun Vil’age! The crew was amazing! Everyone was so nice, kind and patient! The food was delicious and the bedroom was really comfortable. The swimming pool was spacious and inviting. Thank you all for everything. At the beginning, I must point out that we are not people who require who knows what standards, we do not criticize when it is not absolutely necessary, but we also expect basic expectations and a level that will allow us to have a good time, relax and enjoy visiting and sightseeing. new places. My excerpts may seem too long at the beginning, but I recommend reading them, unfortunately ☹ So yes - we chose the breakfast-only option because we planned to spend most of our time outside the hotel. And then I hit a wall - every day for breakfast there was the same menu, but that wasn't the problem at all, it was that all the dishes that were supposed to be hot were cold - scrambled eggs, fried eggs, fried bacon, or baked sausages. Regardless of the time of arrival for breakfast, which was served from 7:30 to 10:00, everything simply "came out" cold from the kitchen, so the heated counters on which the food was placed were no longer able to heat it up. was possible because these devices are only used to maintain the temperature. Another problem was bread - the only available ones were toasted bread that could be toasted (so something warm) and rolls, which unfortunately were delivered only after 8 or not at all, which was problematic in the case of choosing a trip organized by a travel agency, because most often the departure was at 8:00. And finally, the breakfast regrets - the total lack of any vegetables, and this is rather unprofessional in the case of 4 stars, and one could even say it's a mockery. In addition, quite a lot of different types of croissants, cookies, cakes, yogurts, cereals, etc. Once, on the day of arrival, we bought lunch and dinner for 25 euros per person. The restaurant is too much to say - plastic tables and chairs placed on the terrace next to the building, covered with a tarpaulin, placed too close to each other, sometimes made it difficult to squeeze between them, it gives more of a "milk bar" character. The second, quite unprofessional approach to the customer was the hotel "showed up" when renting a car, which they had on site. The price is astronomical for me - 120 euros/day with insurance, but the standard version is only Fiat Panda with manual air conditioning, without navigation, etc. etc., but the basic version. And maybe there wasn't a problem here, because, as I mentioned at the beginning, we're not picky, but the outside of the car was so dirty that it was really difficult to see the world through the windows when the sun was shining. The lady renting the car, which lasted quite a long time, about 30 minutes, when 6 p.m. passed, i.e. the end of her work, showed her nervousness at the fact that she was not going home yet. The low tire pressure warning light was on in the car, but the lady said it was nothing and they would take care of it next week. Well, that's hard. Amazing stay. Brand new hotel, comfortable villas, friendly staff, great pools, easy acess to the beach, good food!! Nothing to complain. Very good for families. The only point that could be improved at Hotel Red Sun Vil’age is the availability of food options for non-pork eaters. Expanding the variety of dishes that cater to different dietary preferences would be a valuable addition, ensuring that all guests can fully enjoy the culinary offerings at the resort. It's been a marvelous experience. I have to do a special mention to the animation group that are really wonderful. The shows are funny and all the staff make and excellent work. The food is nice and the bedroom are really comfortable. I absolutely recommend it.

We came from the first of July, the structure is new big rooms and they got like 4 or 5 pools for everyone to not mention the sauna! Really fancy lounge bar whit great cocktails the food is perfect they got whatever but the space in hall is not the best my compliments for the animation available at any time…my gratitude to the resection (Natalie best receptionist, and Paolo whit Elisa followed us for anything always profession….we’re already planning to come back for the next year. The trip was most successful. Hotel stay as well. Staff, especially Mr. Paolo from Naples, very nice and helpful. He speaks English, which is not so obvious in Sardinia. As for the hotel, it is located far from any entertainment. All commuting takes a lot of time and energy. The road to the hotel is gravel, and the roads around it are serpentine. To the nearest town, Isola Rossa, initially leads this gravel road, which is very dusty, especially when a car passes by, then you go sharply uphill along a road in which there is no shade, only burning sun. More than 30 minutes, depends on the pace and fitness :) The nearest beach is rocky, footwear is necessary. The second beach, sandy Marinedda, is very nice. There is also a surf school and beach bars. Unfortunately, you will have to walk to it, initially on this gravel road, and then on the slabs. There is also a hotel bus at certain times with which you can commute to it. As for the few animations, they are in Italian. This place is probably only for Italian families. Unfortunately, the hotel did not take care of the attractions properly, considering the fact that it is far from all entertainment. In the evening you can go to sleep because nothing interesting happens. I have yet to pay attention to the cleaning ladies to do their job more properly. They did not enter the balcony even once, and the dust clouds in front of the room were untouched for several days. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned.
