I stayed at this hotel with four friends as our annual girls Fly & Flop holiday and that’s exactly what we did with temperatures reaching 37 It is quite remote but that didn’t concern us but I would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore Sardinia We thought that the food was fabulous, a good variety to suit everyone and different dishes every day rather than revamped the following day like many all inclusive hotels. You could eat in the restaurant or from the food truck next to the pool, some of us preferred to do that during the day and it was good quality burgers, Caesar salad, chips etc Everyone always wants to know what the ‘all inclusive’ alcoholic drinks are like…..the white wine is really good quality, I can’t comment on red as we don’t drink it but people said it was good, the cocktails were great too. Drinks were available all day The swimming pool is fabulous and very big, at no point did it get crowded even during exercise sessions The beach was lovely but we all prefer to lie by the pool. The whole hotel and grounds are kept immaculate The best part of this hotel is the staff, all of them were genuinely helpful, polite and caring. The waiters were all so nice, I particularly remember Vincenzo, he looked after us all week and kept a table reserved for us that made life easier for my friend who is reliant on a wheelchair. All in all a wonderful hotel

The cooking class was really informative, a lot of fun and the food was delicious. Thank you Exec Chef Lillo and the lovely Spanish TUI Rep who did an awesome job of translating for us!

We travelled to the TUI Blue Budoni in June 2025, we were slightly concerned after reading the latest reviews about the hotel on TripAdvisor as we had originally looked at and booked this hotel before it became a TUI Blue hotel . The highlight of the holiday for us was the food, it was great to see that TUI had kept an authentic Sardinia / Italian style menu for the majority of the food served in the restaurant and it was an refreshing change to have exciting and tasty dishes instead of normal bland international buffet that are the fare of a good percentage of A.I establishments. Another normal gripe of mine is that hotel hot drinks are quite often undrinkable, the coffee in all areas of the hotel were excellent. All the rooms seemed to be in a rustic Sardinian chalet style which we thought was quite charming. While not being the most modern room was more than adequate, the room was clean, and the bed comfy. The shower could do with being slightly bigger though. Some of the reviews complain about the service in the Restaurant and there were times that there wasn't a table that was set when you arrived but once the staff knew where you wanted to dine they immediately came over and set the table and took your drinks orders. In fact all members of the hotel staff that we met were very hard working, obliging and friendly and this is one of the reasons we thought so highly of the hotel. The hotel has an area on the nearby beach with sun loungers and Umbrellas. The location of the hotel as mentioned in previous reviews is in a quiet spot between the Marina and Budoni and both could be walked to in around 30 minutes. We enjoyed this but some might find it a little too remote. All in all , we loved our time in Sardinia and at TUI Blue Budoni. Thank you

Fabulous week in a beautiful hotel. Staff wonderful. Food great and varied, do try the pizzeria near the beach too. Rooms typically Sardinian decor and very functional. Drinks all served fresh (nothing pre-made), never had to queue for very long. Entertain very laid back and family focused. It is a little remote, nothing close by but if you do rent a car or visit outwith the very high summer temperatures, do walk to Port Ottilou as it’s beautiful, lots of fabulous restaurants around the harbour. We also took the day trip to Corsica which was a long day (12 hour round trip) but very much worth it, Bonifacio is stunning; again lots of fabulous eateries in the harbour area and also at the top (take the mini train to get to the top). We also did the Costa Smeralda/Puerto Cervo trip which included a trip to the beach at Baia Sardinia which was reminiscent of the Maldives, crystal clear water and soft sand. Would highly recommend this hotel and also suggest either hiring a car or doing a couple of trips to really appreciate this beautiful island. We only wished we could have stayed longer 💕

The Tui Blue Budoni is a lovely hotel. It is small and friendly. The beds in our room were very comfortable ( Room 952 past the swimming pool and pool bar ) and the air conditioning was very efficient - a necessity as the temperature was in the mid 30s every day. There was a fridge in the room and bottled water was supplied regularly. The bathroom had a good, spacious shower. The site had a rustic feel with all the rooms chalet style scattered over the grounds and all the buildings single floor. The grounds were beautifully kept with bushes and colourful plants. The hotel had its own stretch of beach and it was always possible to get a sunbed there. By the Al Grano restaurant there is a children`s waterpark which just functioned for 2 periods per day and was greatly enjoyed by both children and their parents All the staff were friendly and helpful - in the bars, restaurants and reception. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner every day in the buffet restaurant, except for on our final night when we used the Al Grano restaurant to make our last night experience different. The food was excellent, varied and tasty at all 3 mealtimes. We could always find a table and the waiting staff were very quick and efficient setting the table if necessary and bringing a bottle of water and our choice of drink. There were always a lot of unusual salads, a variety of meat and fish dishes, usually several types of pasta and home made desserts plus ice cream. If we had any criticism, it was that there were air conditioning units in the dining room but they were not switched on despite the high temperatures. The white and rose wine soon became warm and some of the waiters resorted to putting ice cubes in the wine. Many people, especially families, chose to get meals from the food truck by the swimming pool. We did not try any food from there but we believe that it was good - burgers, salads and chips etc. We spent most evenings in the pool bar. There were often long queues at the bar but the bar staff got through people`s orders quickly and efficiently. There was a good range of drinks on the All Inclusive menu, including a number of cocktails. There was some form of entertainment in the bar every night. There were 2 male/female duos called Duna Duo and Old Time Queens who were both excellent and performed from 9pm until 11pm without a break. There was karaoke on one night, a dj set and a competition called Chance To Dance. We knew prior to the holiday that this hotel is very isolated and reviewers were recommending car hire. We did not intend to do that so we booked 4 excursions which were very good value. We booked through Merin, the TUI rep. We did the trip to Gallura, visiting the old town of Tempio and the church of Santa Croce, then went to the Nuraghe Majori, an ancient dwelling and a cork factory. Next we went on the Costa Smeralda tour, visiting San Pantaleo Market, then Porto Cervo harbour and shops and the Bay of Sardinia. We did the trip t
