Private: garden with wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. Motor access to 20 m from the house. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 650 m. Marina 700 m. Please note: car recommended. It is not allowed to use barbecues and grills in the property. 4-room house 120 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living room with TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/bidet/WC. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace partly roofed, garden. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. A room with two beds and a shower / bidet / WC are outside the house.
