Had a great family holiday here. Family of 5 (2 adults, 2 young teenagers and 9 year old) stayed in a Giove XXL unit that worked fine space wise. Good air conditioning, comfy beds, clean and with good sized decking outside. Lively family resort with plenty going on throughout the day and evening events too. Fantastic series of pools with good slides and minimal queueing time for them even in peak season. Good access to sandy beach. Water close to shore not that clear but you can safely walk out quite away to where water is better. But for us it was the staff that made the holiday so good. Every single person we interacted with was brilliant. Very friendly and helpful.

An absolutely terrible place, The beach is dirty the sea is polluted. Virtually no shops are open and the Clientele is low level with disco music blaring and 24/7. It makes Butlins look up market. The whole resort is in fact like this the lowest quality and poorest service you could ever encounter.

We spent one week in a Sirio Pool mobile home at the resort with my wife and 3 kids between 4 and 12. Check-in was fast and efficient as almost everything needs to be arranged in advance online. The park is generally nicely maintained, but I have seen better gardens in 4 star campings in the area. I somewhat feel that the mobile homes are slightly closer to each other than they should be, one could do with a bit more private space between them. Also, although one can see cleaning team spending a lot of time at one house after checkout, the cleaning could be better. (also note, that you dont get towels here, so bring your own). The entire village is huge, so be ready for long walks. Our home was close to the pools and see, so getting there was very easy, but going to the shops was not. I somewhat feel that the arrangement of the shops area could have been done better, to have them more at a central place. The inside shop is not overly expensive, but selection is very basic. We went out for one big shopping to a nearby supermarket, which was our main source of food for the rest of the week. The pools are plenty and there are suitable places for all ages. Yes, there are many people around, that is kind of expected in a village that big. There are plenty of entertainment activities during the day, but mainly in Italian (some in German as well). If loud music bothers you at the pool, than this place is definitely not for you. Also, a drawback of the Sirio Pool house is the close proximity to the evening show space, so be ready for loud music from there until 10:30 or 11:00. But they always close the show at that time. A few things to improve uppon: 1, public toilets near the pool area: yes, they are cleaned in the morning, but with this many people using them, they are VERY dirty by 11 am. They should be cleaned pretty much every hour. 2, The restaurant inside are ok, but very varying quality and price. We found the restaurant if Isamar Residence (which was walking distance for us using the rear entrance of the Village) a fair choice for evening meals. 3, Also, as opposed to many other areas in the region, this village is a little bit in the middle of nowhere, so you pretty much have to sit in the car to do anything outside. (or maybe the little train would bring you somehere? dont know as no one made an effort to let you know.) 4, there is no useable internet in the Village. 5, No showers at the see, ot at the point of entry between the Village and the see.

Extremely polluted sea, old neglected bungalows ,non-functioning air conditioning, rude staff. It took 4 days to change the bungalow. 30 degrees during the night in the badroom seems to be rather survival experiance than holidays. Too many guests, crowds at the pool and dirty water. Mosquitoes. 3 Star camping, 1 star pllutted sea.

We've been at Isamar for the second time. And they've been improved since the last time two years ago. This review is not to tell that everything is very bad, but recommendations to get better... - The beds at Bellagio are horrible. For the amount of money we had to pay you may expect a lot more. - The prices at the restaurants are 30% higher than in chioggia and de service is poor. - Water quality at the big pool is not great because we all had ear problems. - The Genoa beach Restaurant should be the hotspot of Isamar instead of that its like a factory restaurant with no ambiance and only hard plastic chairs. It should be a proper beachclub where people can lounge all day. When you guys turn this to a proper beachclub it will gives you more profit. - The number of beds at the waterpark are enough. But they can do more to people who reserve a bed all day and just show up for an hour. - the gym is a like a sauna. There like 4 airco units but the dont work. The animation team this year is very good! They put in a lot of effort and bring fun for everyone who likes it. The beach party's were fun for our teenagers. After all we had a nice holiday and we would come back again. But then we'll go to the Residence.

Dancer restraunt is an absolute disgrace because we couldn't speak Italian the staff was so rude to us we asked for a table for 8 people the staff then proceeded to speak Italian I apologised and told them I couldn't understand what she was saying she rolled her eyes and said no no no more tables you can get a take away I looked around and seen alot of empty tables with no reservation stickers on them some did I then said no we want to sit in and eat she said all tables are reserved and walked away I then seen her give a table of 4 to an Italian family I so I asked her can we sit she then pulled 2 tables together for us. The staff then proceed to give out about our table because we wanted to split the bill between 2 families. The drinks arrived then and the waiter slammed the wine down on the table and also the water we ignored it at this point. Our burgers came out raw and they gave the adults kids meals when we asked for adults meal from the menu and charged us for the adults meals We couldn't belive how rude the staff was to us there there was 1 staff member that was so lovely and apologised his name was Patrick as he understood we were irish and couldnt speak italian he was lovely. But I deffinaly would not recommend this camp site if you only speak English and can't speak Italian because they are so rude if you don't The entertainment for the kids is brilliant that is the only good thing about the site. But very overpriced for the experience I would not return again

2 adult and 4 kids (9,10,11,12). Huge place with loads to do and we all loved it! The entertainment are fun and lively! Highlights evening pool party with the slides and the colour party on the beach. Stayed in a giove xl and worked well for us. Few tips take lots of mosquito repellant and if you have a car load up on food elsewhere as the supermarket is quite expensive. Would go back.

Nice camping but surprisingly bad service. Just 2 examples: when you phone them up with a real problem (huge hole right at the entrance of the bungalow, not only dirty and ugly but also may cause injury), they promise you to come and fix it quickly. Then you wait for 2 days, nothing happens and you are unhappy as you paid a lot... Then they charge you very fast with a local service fee (coperto) in so-called restaurants if you wanna sit down, even if you have to ask twice to get cutlery and serviettes !! Which adds 12,5€ for a 5-member family. Of course not happy as they think you paid and cannot do anything... Not nice

Sometimes we have to deal with unexpected maintenance emergencies, which may cause delay to other requests. Nevertheless, we will do our best to improve the service. The service fee is customary in all restaurants in Italy, on the other hand there is no obligation to tip. We hope we will welcome you back as our guest anytime in the future.

Restaurant Vivas They cant speak english, hamburgers are just meat no bread and the pizza are hard and tasteless and the prices. Just wow!! Come on you can do so much better, last year you served great food. Hopefully you we do better in the future.

Accommodation was nice. Cleaning terrible. We had to wait till 5 PM to enter the accommodation. The cleaning was poor. Towels and a dummy under the bed. Lifeguards are very unprofessional. The watch out poor. Whistling for use little balls in the pool. Annoying. Park and waterpark nice and clean. Tip once a week new bed linen.

Great location, with fantastic facilities and very helpful staff. You don’t need to go outside as everything is on site and there is always something to do, from clubs for little ones to sports facilities for everyone to enjoy

The holiday village is expensive for what it offers. We arrived on the 27th July we stayed in Veneer XL the small place was filthy hair in fridge mould in shower. Windows dirty. Dead moskito on the walls. Whe I made them aware they just apologize and that was it. Almost if they are used to receive this kind of reviews. The second day they closed the water slides because of wasps nest, so we were unable to use the slides. Swimming pool dirty found plasters in water. We ordered to small piadina £1500 euros when we arrived we had to go back and ask for toilet brush and bed sheets they had forgotten to provide toilet brush. Very dirty place. I would have expected more since they sell their service as 5 Stars. Let's not even go to talk about customers service non existent they will just look at you and say sorry. No exit feedback form and if slides aren't working you would expect some form of compensation but of course no way, we are in Italy forget about that... please avoid this place if you are expecting 5 star service

This vacation was one of the best I‘ve ever experienced! First, because of the beautiful relaxing landscape!! Second, because of the amazing people there. Likeitenterainment is doing a really great job!!! The amount of positivity they show is awesome and always made me smile. Third, of course the art. That’s what makes this place so magical to me. It contains everything, I love. Singing, Acting and Dancing!! The events/shows at the evening were always the highlight of the day for me! It was spectacular! The performers can be really proud!! We booked a bungalow for the whole month of July, just like last year (only that this year for the same period and the same mobile home we were charged 1300 euros more). Prior to our check-in, we got an email informing us that this year's check-in would be from 6 PM. Now, for a family with a loaded car and a bungalow to "set up" at 7 PM, this is rather inconvenient, especially considering that the day was paid in full. Despite that, they won't let you park inside or at least drop your bags at the bungalow. I wonder how families with young toddlers can manage, especially if they need to take their afternoon nap. During our stay, we have been robbed twice (we also identified the culprit and notified the police of course, he was not a guest) and to our surprise, we found out that there are no CCTV cameras on the premise aside from those at the entry bars. Someone also stole our bike at night, regularly locked and left leaning to our bungalow's fence, the management response? It was our responsibility to safeguard it and therefore we were asked to reimburse it. Other than locking it and leaving it in our "residential" area, what more could we have done? Several streetlights are not working anymore, leaving some streets in the dark. Isamar is officially a 5-star village, but it does not include anything in the price, whereas in other villages at least one gets a bike and/or use of a beach umbrella. An energumen of German origin with obvious mental issues assaulted me and my son because he accidentally stumbled upon his daughter's foot (my child is 2 years old). Despite my apologies, after 10 minutes of prophanities and threats screamed at me I thought I'd better look for security..... security is nonexistent, exception made of two gentlemen driving a golf car and patrolling the streets at night, but as a matter of fact, a guest does not have any way to reach out to them. The management doesn't provide any number or way to communicate with them if needed. The food served at the various restaurants/cafes on the premise is objectively bad and expensive, as you will read in other reviews. If you need extra sheets you get charged 40 euros or so. Extra cleaning (bear in mind that we stayed for 4 weeks) is 60 euros. At the time of check-out (unlike last year), we were told to leave the village immediately and that we wouldn't be able to access their services for the day. The only positive feedback I think is due is for the young staff members, all very cordial and professional and nothing but lovely towards my son. In conclusion, for what they charge this place is definitely not worth it. An opinion shared by the many guests we happened to talk to.

Really nice place to spend the summer holidays with kids. Great pools, nice beach and a variety of activities for both kids and adults. We stayed in a Miami house which was comfortable and near the beach and pools and was perfect for our two year old as there was a nice sidewalk between the houses where he could run around.
