We were over the moon with our stay! After reading such mixed reviews. We found our Villa, in block 800/811 , to be perfectly placed to reach the beach , pool or restaurant within a few minutes walk. Our room was quiet, meaning we enjoyed a good night sleep every night. We had a ceiling fan AND air conditioning. The room was spacious & had a large double bed and a sofa bed, safe & tv. The bathroom was a bit dated by design but functional & clean, so nothing to complain about. The pool & pool areas were all well kept and clean, plenty of beds none of this silly putting towels down at dawn!! The grounds are well cared for and presented. The beach was clean with plenty of sun beds with brollies, you book them and they are yours for the duration of your stay. We were all inclusive, so no additional charge and towels are supplied. The beach bar has a lovely vibe with a good selection of snacks & drinks. You can order from your Sunbed on the beach. Life guards are on duty on the beach and by the pools. The restaurant food was plentiful, great selection , fresh and varied. Water and wine were served on arrival to your table and topped up as required. Not many staff spoke English, but then it is up to us as visitors to their country to learn a couple of local phrases to get by. They were still friendly and we muddled through to be understood where needed. Overall we were pleased with breakfast, lunch and dinner. We love to try new foods and a mix of food combinations. You’ll be disappointed if all you want is pizza, burgers and chips! Overall we had an enjoyable relaxed stay, perfect down time with food and drink on tap. The bars served all the usual spirits, mixers, coffees all available on all inclusive tables. Live music in the Oasis bar was a great background to a game or just to chill for an evening. It’s a short walk to the bus stop for a day out or the supermarket for bits & bobs. There are a couple of souvenir shops just outside the resort too, which sold beach wear etc We recommend Villa 800/811.

I had a relaxing holiday in Unahotels Giardini Naxos! The hotel is a great resort with spacious grounds, three swimming pools, access to beach, multiple cafes and restaurants, tennis courts, spa and gym! There is something to do for every age. We enjoyed our stay in Vilette and had a spacious room and also area to sit outside. There is an entertainment for children and there is also a cafe Olympus where you can just sit outdoors and enjoy relaxing music and drinks. Hotel also can help to book for excursions and events if you like exploring historical sites. There are daily buses to Taormina but bear in mind they don’t run in the evenings.

Spent a week here and had the most relaxing time! The beach was beautiful and well kept, clean and not too busy. The couplex is huge, with lush green all around which makes a change in Sicily! Food wasn't up to my standards in the main complex but the traditional sicilian restaurant made up for it. My favourite spot to chill was the beach bar, staff there were amazing, especially Frederico who took pride in his job and customer service! Great cocktails and a friendly face Would return simply for the incredible views of Etna which we could see from our balcony

Great place for people of any age, the staff are super friendly and the beach & grounds are amazing. There are shops on site with essentials, and a main square for snacks and drinks throughout the day.. in addition to the restaurants. Our favorite is FEDERICO - legend behind the bar.. makes amazing cocktails

We stayed bed and breakfast as we wanted to go out . Our villa was clean and had a big bed and nice bathroom . We used the small pool rather than the big pool. Breakfast was fine - toast , bread , cheese , yogurts , cereals - typical continental . We were there when euros was on so went out down the road for meals and came back to watch footie on the big screen . Did the hop on hop off bus - audio n did not work v . Loved Tourima went there three times - went in the cable car , ate out every night either down the road or TAurimo . Drinks were a bit over priced . Garden area lovely and big and staff always cleaning - would recommend as a base for Sciliy

I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights as part of a Rail Discoveries tour. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The room I had was a triple with a double bed and a single bed. There was a large shower/wc. Outside was a small terrace with 3 chairs and a table. There was also a clothes dryer and a deckchair. My rooms was in a chalet not attached to the main hotel building. The food was very good with plenty of choice. Drinks in the hotel were a bit pricey however but there was a Mini Market a few hundred metres from the hotel were you can purchase food and drinks and there was a fridge in the room to keep it in. Breakfast was in a different restaurant to the evening meal. The hotel has plenty of amenities. I used the smaller pool but they have an olympic pool as well. They also have a beach area and you can hire paddleboards, kayaks, pedallos and sailing dinghies. They can arrange scuba and snorkel sessions as well. The concierge service is very good and I can recommend the Godfather Tour which is very interesting if you are a fan of the film. Definitely a hotel I enjoyed staying at.

Very very very loud! You are not able to enjoy your stay there without construction noise, it is very dirty and they didn't give us the room we paid for. I've been in 3 star hotels where it was way cleaner and nicer than this here. Even 1 star is too much

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights from 9th October on an all inclusive basis. We booked through Tui who rate the hotel as a 3T plus, my review is based on this rating. The hotel is in very large in well looked after grounds. We were given a map on arrival which was useful. A bit more information on restaurants not included on all inclusive, where to find menus and how to book them would have been good. Our room in the gardens was lacking a bit in storage space and we missed having tea and coffee facilities but otherwise it was comfortable, clean and maid service was excellent,  including leaving us 2 small bottles of water daily as part of the all inclusive. Beach towels were included for all inclusive guests, we were told we could change once daily at no charge. There were always sun loungers free by the pool and we had our own allocated sun loungers on the beach. Food was sometimes lacking in choice, especially at breakfast, but everything was well cooked and we never struggled to find plenty to eat that we could enjoy. Pastries at breakfast and desserts at dinner were particularly good! Wine was included at lunch and dinner, although we could also request beer as part of the all inclusive option if preferred.  The buffet in the evening could be very busy and as a result quite noisy but we never needed to wait to be seated and the waiters work very hard to keep tables clear and drinks filled up. Location worked really well for us, just 10 minutes walk to the Recanati bus station from where we could get buses to Taormina, on to Castelmola from Taormina and also to Catania. We really enjoyed exploring by bus, although the bus timetables seemed flexible so patience sometimes needed! Giardini Naxos harbour is also only 15 to 20 minutes walk away. The weather while we were there was glorious and the hotel provided an excellent base for exploring the area and also for some much needed relaxing beach or pool time. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
