A very nice experience in a typical wooden mountain chalet, on the quieter North side of Etna. The chalet is in a beautiful pine forest, but very close to the road, so it is easy to park. Staff are helpful and booking was smooth. The food is authentic and decently priced at dinner/lunch, and breakfast includes cake and croissants.

le casette sono comode e funzionali in mezzo al bosco, la cucina è tipica, golosa e abbondante, ma soprattutto segnalo la gentilezza e la disponibilità da parte dei gestori. molto consigliato! io ho viaggiato con il gruppo CAI varese di 21 persone, tutte molto soddisfatte

Nous y avons déjeuné lors de notre journée sur l'Etna. Le repas y est vraiment délicieux, des antipastis aux pasta alla norma !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Et la décoration en bois est très agréable dedans. Il est possible aussi d'acheter des sandwichs et des liqueurs ou des miels.

Location incantevole adatto a famiglie. Camere pulite accoglienti . Cucina ottima e super abbondante. Personale gentile educato e soprattutto simpatico e disponibile Noi e la seconda volta che andiamo è migliora di anno in anno Lo consiglio

Siamo appena tornati da questa meravigliosa esperienza…FANTASTICA! Abbiamo dormito in una casetta deliziosa immersa nel bosco … pulitissima e ben tenuta…decidendo di fare la mezza pensione non avevamo grosse pretese ed invece siamo rimasti stupiti . La cucina è eccezionale, piatti tipici , porzioni abbondanti , ottima scelta, disponibilità per i bimbi( siamo stati con nostro figlio di un anno e mezzo) ma soprattutto per il senza glutine ! Sono celiaca e ho potuto mangiare senza problemi ed in sicurezza. 10 e lode allo staff soprattutto a Giulio . Tutti gentili, premurosi , disponibili e sorridenti! Complimenti ! Abbiamo riprenotato! Torneremo prestissimo !

Ci sono persone splendide che dedicano il loro tempo a farci trascorrere dei momenti indimenticabili.. sin dai contatti con la super professionale Valeria, all' accoglienza del personale, all'ottimo cibo,ad una struttura che rimarrà impressa nelle menti dei bimbi, al camino, alla neve, al rumore della pioggia, ai pini altissimi, al rumore del vento...insomma ,poter trovare l'eccellenza è prevalentemente dovuto a chi fa le cose con passione ed amore...

Abbiamo soggiornato assieme ad un'altra famiglia con trattamento in mezza pensione. Abbiamo alloggiato in delle casette molto caratteristiche in mezzo al bosco e distaccate dal corpo principale. Erano naturalmente molto essenziali ma pulite. Il posto ideale per staccare la spina e rilassarsi immersi nella natura. Buona la cucina e fin troppo abbondante. Personale cordiale e accogliente in particolare Giulio molto bravo anche con i bambini. Consigliatissimo e torneremo di sicuro. Consigli per miglioramenti: - l'aspiratore gigante della cucina che soffia sulle casette è spiacevole - il camminamento per scendere nelle casette potrebbe essere migliorato Saluti,

Posto incantevole. Chalet non il massimo per quel che riguarda il confort ma accogliente e piacevole. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorante pulito e portate tipiche della zona. Buono anche il vino della casa. Nel complesso, un bel posto dove trascorrere un fine settimana, specialmente dopo una faticosa pedalata in mtb.

Accueil excellent. Ambiance chalet d'altitude. Repas conviviaux à partager et de bonne qualité. Au milieu d'une pinède pour les amoureux de calme et tranquillité. Départ des randonnées pour l'etna à proximité. Merci au patron, pour la petite attention pour mon anniversaire.
