We had a great time at this hotel and would definitely consider coming back. The highlight of our stay was the excellent customer service, especially from the poolside team—Khan, and the others were absolutely fantastic. Their energy and kindness really brightened our days, and the free watermelon they handed out in the afternoons was a lovely touch! The manager also stood out—very present and involved. We saw him a few times during our stay, and he always took the time to ask if everything was okay. You can tell he genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. All of the restaurant and bar staff particularly at The Bikini Bar, Veranda Italiana and Mokador were welcoming and provided consistently great service. Our room was practical and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job every time. They were always friendly and greeted us warmly when passing in the hall. At reception, Skevi was a standout—kind, understanding, and always smiling. Unfortunately, our experience with the other receptionists wasn’t as pleasant. They often came across as moody and made us feel uncomfortable when approaching them for help or information. A disappointing part of our experience was at the spa. Adonis, in particular, seemed uninterested and unapproachable. He acted as though helping us was a burden, and we had to be overly polite just to book a simple shower slot on our last day. One issue that isn’t entirely in the hotel’s control but still worth mentioning is the rude behavior of many guests. Some were incredibly inconsiderate—moving their sunbeds uncomfortably close to ours, showing no spatial awareness, and behaving as though they owned the place. The hotel may need to be more mindful of the atmosphere it’s fostering by allowing certain groups to book. All in all, it was a positive experience with many memorable moments, mostly thanks to the kind and hardworking staff. With a few tweaks—especially in guest screening and front desk consistency—this could easily be a five-star stay.
