We had a great Time at the Hotel. Everything what we needed was taken care of. And especially the staff at the Restaurant waterfall was very friendly. The adult’s pool was perfect for us and quiet. Also was the sea close by. We had a standard Room with Seaview. The Room service cleans the rooms every day and was therefore clean. We also tried the massage. And it was so relaxing. We had with the Spa together a wonderful experience. Overall, we will come back as soon as we can. Greetings from Armin and Sarah

Best all round hotel and staff and the food is top notch you can’t fault anything at this place the staff are pleasant and rooms are clean and tidy and the evening chocolates from the cleaner , the welcome drink on arrival is a nice touch and our fridge is filled every day this is our 3rd year here and will be returning next year!

3rd time here excellent value for money. Staff are so helpful, polite and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Four of us went and we got sunbeds together no problem you only have to find some and the staff will accommodate you. Pool bar is not for swimming in its a bar with seats in the water( what do some people want). There's two good sized pools for swimming in and it's not far from the sea. If some people think this is a poor hotel i would love to see where they usually stay it must be heaven. Frozen flannels and fruit on afternoon and best of all no need to get up at silly o,clock for a sun lounger. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Me and my wife spent our 20th wedding anniversary here , we wanted somewhere nice as we’ve been to protaras loads of times , and I must admit the pearl did not let us down , we couldn’t fault anything total 10/10 the hotel it’s self was gorgeous , the staff were fantastic and the food was superb , a nice touch at breakfast is the chef will cook you a fresh omelette of your choice , the ice cold flannels at the pool are a great idea and your fresh bowl of water melon , the room are immaculate , the hotel is situated right in the middle of the ***** so you don’t have to walk very far for shops or restaurants plus the hotel is right on the beach as well and just a 5 min walk to fig tree bay…..we totally love this place and probably back next year ❤️

This is not a five star hotel. The rooms were tiny. The bar is in the dungeons really hard to find so always empty. all the public toilets for the bar, restaurant, and pools and also miles away and below ground. The place is full of hills and slopes so dangerous. The restaurant is tiny a nightmare at breakfast. the food was the same all the time. It took 10-15 minuets to get a fried egg by which time the rest of your food was cold. the sunbed situation was not as good as reported. there was four of us two on one side of the pool and two on the other. The swim up bar was just a bar in water there was no room to swim and usually had kid sitting on the stools. The shop did not even sell water. We went with Jet two but never saw them at the hotel once. Why are they selling this as a five star? It cost a fortune. Most of the serving staff were lovely and the only saving grace was the ability to have your evening meals in outside restaurants.

High standard hotel in a perfect location - close to all the resort activity and yet peaceful once inside . Great pools and facilities with reserved sun loungers for duration of stay and a few yards to a perfect sandy beach . Recommend half board which allows use of several excellent restaurants.

Currently writing this review from my Room, This hotel is amazing!!! The adult pool is a real Gem with allocated sun beds for the duration of you're stay + fresh towels ever day. Great bar service and lots of They really do bend over backwards to make your stay the best.

Whilst I agree with previous reviews regarding the location, the staff, the rooms I was disappointed in the lack of entertainment for younger children. We stayed at the sunrise pearl for a week as a family of 5 (children aged 5, 8 and 11). There was definitely a lack of things for younger children to do. The kids club had a soft play area and a cinema room however, it was mainly free play all day. On previous holidays the hotel kids club has offered structured play activities such as loom bands, football games, face painting etc as a good escape from the sunshine. This wasn’t offered and therefore my children weren’t interested in going to the kids club. The evening entertainment was at the partner hotel next-door, which was easily accessed. However, the mini disco consisted of a lady pressing play then showing the children the moves to a dance. There was no interaction with the children and hardly any children attended the disco therefore, it wasn’t particularly entertaining. The evening entertainment was also poor, again in the partner hotel. The entertainment advertised wasn’t always what was on offer, so you never knew what you would be watching. My children love to mix with other children they meet during the children’s activities throughout the day and look forward to the mini disco and evening entertainment. Sadly this wasn’t possible during our stay at the sunrise pearl. We had a lovely holiday, we made use of the beach being on the hotel’s doorstep and ate out at they local restaurants every evening. The staff are lovely and the hotel room was huge with lots of space. The downfall to this hotel is the kids entertainment. If this is what you are after as part of your holiday, then I would suggest looking at an alternative hotel. It is a great hotel for couples though.
