Adelais Bay Hotel

Generally, I was satisfied with the Adelais Hotel. Room is spacious and vary clean, also the bathroom. They tidied it up every day. There is air condition in room. But there is only one socket inside the room. Staff was really polite, ready to help when needed. Food is fine, I ha half board. For every diner there is some meat, fish, vegetables, salads, fruits and something sweet. Breakfasts offered eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals and also vegetables, fruits and sweets. Coffee is not so great. It would great to add some soups for diner. Lunch box, that we got because of the early leaving, was pretty poor, with only sandwich and water. Location is good, with the closest beach less than 10 minutes away. Also, close to the trail by the see that you can walk from Paralimni to Cape Greco. All in all, wonderful staying and beautiful Protaras, I would recommend it to everyone.

One word that describes everything in this hotel is AMAZING! :) But, let's start. ROOM was absolutely PERFECT - super comfortable bed (one of the best we've ever slept in) and very big which is very important to us because our kids usually come to our bed to sleep, so it was big enough for four of us. :) Room was also perfectly clean, they were cleaning every day, changing sheets and towels. The terrace was also big and it was pleasant to sit there in the evening. I have to add that it during evening and also during the day it was so quiet which also made our holiday to be so good because we needed to get enough sleep. :) The AC system worked flawlessly, it was so pleasantly in the room. FOOD in the hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT! Everything that we ate was so delicious and fresh and there was a large selection of dishes every day with lots of salads, different fruits and sweets also. We stayed at the hotel for 10 days and every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner we were delighted with the food and also with the restaurant staff. They were all so kind and helpfull led by dear chef Konstantinos. :) Hotel bar was our favourite place. :) At the swimming pool with wonderful music during whole day and fantastic cocktails that we had in all-inclusive service and the best bartenders. Thank you a lot, dear Adrian and Paul, for best cocktails, for your patience and understanding for our kids. Swimming pool was perfectly clean and we all loved it a lot, especially our kids. :) LOCATION of Adelais hotel is FANTASTIC because you are very close to the famous Green Bay Beach with crystal clear water and my advice is not to miss sunrising because it is absolutely stunning. Secondly bus station is also very close so we went almost every day to some other bech to swim and also to the center of Protaras and to Aya Napa. Hotel staff is so kind, helpfull, patient and nice that I miss words for all of them. Rafaella welcomed us with her beautiful smile the morning we arrived tired and exhausted and she did everything that we didn't wait a lot to enter our room. Thank you, dear Rafaella, for everything during our 10 unforgettable days in Adelais. Rafaella, Sofia, Adrian, Paul and all other staff that I didn't remember names made our holiday even more beter. Thank you all and see you again! :) Adelais hotel is unique and fantastic hotel with a soul! ❤️

Let me start by saying that Adelais Bay Hotel is under new management and this is their first season, so all not-so-flattering comments from 2022 and before should be ignored. I had the most amazing stay at this property. The staff are lovely, especially Iova, Alina and Despina from the pool bar team and Rafaela and Joanna from the reception team. They couldn't be more helpful! I could see the hotel manager, Ms Budaca, working alongside her staff and she was always very approachable and very friendly. What was very nice to observe is the teamwork - they work in unison and this in turn made my stay very enjoyable as I was looked after very well. The pool is super clean and you can enjoy new and very comfortable sun lunges around it. There is a good selection of hot and cold food, pastries and fruit for breakfast. The pool bar offers a la carte selection of freshly cooked meals. They are very reasonably priced and much better value for money than in most places in Protaras. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel, open every day until 11 pm. The nearest beach is about 10 min walk. It is sandy, clean, cosy and beautiful, but you should get there by 10:00-10:30 am if you want a sun lounge and parasol (these cost 2.50 EUR each for a day). I enjoyed my stay at Adelais Bay Hotel so much, that I'm returning there in September. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to have an enjoyable stay, where value for money counts and where you will definitely feel appreciated as a guest.

Writing on behalf of a friend who’s not Internet friendly. Absolutely shocking experience Customer Service was terrible. They seem to separate the people who are not all inclusive from those who are. And if you’re wearing a wristband you are very limited to what you can eat and drink. Location is beautiful but whatever you do don’t stay at this hotel diabolical. Unless of course you enjoy bad manners chips and clams every night.

Fabulous experience, we stayed in the hotel in the first part of June, total relaxation, between the spectacular beach and the fantastic cuisine of the restaurant, special thanks to chef Catalin, Bella music by the pool, with comfortable sunbeds, large rooms with sea view, we will be back again this year, excellent prices, special thanks to Larissa management and all the reception staff

Great Hotel and staff Clean rooms and very good A/C Breakfast is great and vareied ! Food at pool terrace is very good at decent prices Pool is very clean and warm and New sunberds Sandy Beach is very close, about 5-7 minutes walk with amazing views and super clear waters
