Ground Floor. If you looking for a peacefull vacations at the beach this is the place for you. Great atmosphere with a lot of tranquility and to much to discover at Yucatan península. Perfect for retirees looking for the heat and tranquility of the Yucatan coast. It is mandatory to send the identification of all guests at least 72 hours before their arrival for registration in the security area of the condominium. Stay at La Playa Chaca
Very nice condo. Had everything I needed. Property manager Oscar was very helpful & responded to questions quickly. I needed a new toaster and he got it right away. Staff at gate/entry very nice & helpful. Location perfect for beach walks, Crocodiles, SIX for beer & snacks. Pool area clean & charming.

Playa Chaca
Playa Chaca is such a unique complex. The condo was lovely and Oscar and Claudia are the perfect hosts. We met so many great people there and Its location makes it is so easy to get around the town from there . Mother Nature was not kind to the beach there this year and accessibility was difficult at times.
