The staff is very friendly. It has an amazing view. The building is nice and has a great position. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were so clean and big. The minibar was not expensive and had quality things. The wifi was free and it worked so fast

Everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail, making me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality, ensuring a truly luxurious experience.

“I recently stayed at Hotel Triumf in Prizren and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the beautiful historic sites of Prizren. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Perfect value for the money. Situated next to do river, just couple of steps from the main square of the vibrant city of Prizren.Offers spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The hygene is excellent. The breakfast is tasty and nice variety of food is served. The most appealing from my experience was the respectful, welcoming and friendly staff. Special thanks to Alper for his advises for tasty food and chic places around the corner. I enjoyed my three day stay and will definitely come back here next time.

Don't know why the review below have it 3 stars! We are staying in the exact same room. And no the view isn't great but the room is massive. And great value! Great location and lovely place. Don't know what else you would want. Bathroom is odd with no shower curtain but not a big issue.

A very basic boutique hotel that delivers on all creature comforts, without too much frill and fancy. A perfect option to stay in the heart of old town right next to the rushing river and charming old stone bridge DINE + DRINK: Good breakfast at the restaurant on site. ROOM: We stayed in Room 202,Which was a triple room, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of building next door ; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Only heater and no cooler in the room, so had to leave the window open!; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: basic cosmetics, bring your own. FACILITIES: No Gym or Pool, pure Balkan Chill! SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel welcome HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi(40 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages
