Beautiful large room ( double ) en suite shower room, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer, A good breakfast menu, you could have as much or little as you wanted. Situated in the centre of the village. Secure off street parking, shops 5 minute walk away. Several good eating establishments,

Fantastic B&B. Room was great, bed very comfortable, coffee and tea making facilities, en suite with shower and towels. The breakfast was excellent - with choice of full Dartmoor, a veggie version of the full Dartmoor, other options as well as cereal, juice and tea/coffee. Richard and Caroline could not have been better hosts for our stay of 6 nights - and Princetown is well placed to discover the delights of Dartmoor.

Lovely House, easy off street parking, warm and welcoming proprietors. Immaculately clean, super comfy bed and quiet at night. Great selection of teas to wake up to, Nice shower. Breakfast was excellent and no effort spared in attentiveness. EXCELLENT

Parking at back was included, room was functional with ensuite and double bed. We loved the nespresso machine and the homemade flapjacks. Breakfast was also good. Price very reasonable. Handy to the village and central Dartmoor. Happy with stay.

This is a lovely bed and breakfast accommodation. Rooms were nice sized and very clean. Breakfast was also very good . The hosts were very friendly and welcoming . The local pub ‘ prince of Wales’ only 2 minutes walk was also nice and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone and very reasonably priced as well.

This is a very good B&B we had an enjoyable three night stay. The choice and quality of the breakfast was first class. Highly recommend the packed lunch, just what we needed when exploring Dartmoor. Everything we needed was in the room and everywhere was clean and tidy. Caroline and Richard where friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We were graciously welcomed and shown to our rooms. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had wonderful views out to the moors. With the tea and coffee making facilities were very tasty homemade sweets. The breakfast was a great delight. Locally sourced homemade items tasted marvellous and we were served with care. It would be difficult to recommend more highly.

The most Mooreish breakfast on Dartmoor! My wife and I have stayed several times and it never fails to please us. Caroline & Richard are perfect hosts, rooms are beautifully appointed with the most comfortable beds imaginable. There is a breakfast menu to suit all tastes and their homemade bread is so delicious. You must visit!

The Duchy House Bed and Breakfast has comfortable large rooms located on the main street in Princetown, close to the very helpful information centre. The rooms are quiet and warm, and the breakfast is filling. The homemade flapjacks were much appreciated.
