Needed more towels as they only gave us 2 for 4 ppl other than that it wasn’t a bad place I’d stay again !!!

Air conditioner leaked water and toilet continued to run. Very noisy from all surrounding rooms and hallway. Room needed to be updated.. beds were on wheels and constantly moved on the wood floors causing a fall hazard..

Rust on all metal surfaces in bathroom. Mold on the ceiling in the shower no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Doors didn't close right. Said it was a queen bed more like a full. Pool closed up or not working and no one let us know!!

Not the best stay, but we got thru it. First room I was given made me rethink my stay. Front desk offered me another room and it wasn't bad but not good it smelled better. Floor was sticky, sweaty, dirty. Bed sheets was wet on one of the beds, towles had blood stains and dingy. Mirror was smeared with something sticky. The noise early morning and late night made it very hard to rest comfortably.

Room and overall decor was dated but it was clean. Bed was too hard for me but my husband slept fine. Fairly large room with small kitchenette, fridge and coffee. Front desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast was minimal. Decent lodging for the price.

We stayed here two nights on two separate occasions. We chose this hotel based on it’s location to Ft. Lee. The first night we stayed was better then the second. The room was large and relatively clean, but the heating unit was so loud. We could hear the heating unit all the way down the corridor! We turned it off so we could sleep, an hour later it just turned itself back on. It kept turning on even though we turned it into the off position, we ended up just unplugging it. If not for noise this stay would have been ok. The next stay was two weeks later and it was horrible. We had a room with 2 queen beds and all we had was one thread bare towel that smelled of puke. My husband went to the front desk to ask for more towels and the lady told him they didn’t have anymore. Come on, really!! A hotel with no towels, that’s a new one. We asked again in the morning and she still said they had no towels, after about an hour of constant pestering she went to the back and brought out some towels. So if they tell you they don’t have towels it’s a lie. The room wasn’t very clean and the breakfast was bad. Also beware of the weird people lurking in the parking lot.

If your used to hotel amenities and services this is a no also the breakfast was trash.your not allowed to have extra keys and most the time your locked out of the side door that leads to the elevator

Fair place to be at, right off of highway, and convenient, ask for Catherine she’ll take good care of you. Room was spacious, internet was good but had its days, gym and washer dryer as well. Will come back again.
