Lovely Hotel, free parking . Room fantastic. Staff Amazing. I will name staff now as they were amazing … Nat x Christine and Amy. Nat is an amazing chatterbox. But she is a credit to premier inn. The manager and cook were amazing. Christine-and Amy Premier inn north east be proud of your staff..Prestwich are amazing ❤️ 👍

Brilliant staff…friendly helpful and happy to go the extra mile. They have been great on previous stays. Makes a huge difference to people’s stay. Car park available and free, which in a city is often not offered. Access to city easy so daft to stay in city with higher prices+parking costs!

Helpful and attentive service from Natalie and Aimee at breakfast on all mornings. Exemplary example of perfect balance of professional friendliness and helpfulness. And the cooked breakfast was perfect. I just wish there were usb charging points on each side of the beds.

Perfect central location for family Members to stay, travelling from various destinations from Belfast, Dublin and Florida USA. Great facilities and great value for money with pleasant informative and helpful staff. Will definitely book to stay there again in the future.

Great location for our needs to see family over Grt Manchester area. Hotel was, as ever, warm and welcoming - receptionist Jojo is 'the best'! Nice touch - Christmas greeting card and box of chocs in room on arrival. Thank you P I - not flash - just consistently good!

We were visiting family nearby and just needed a room for the night. Returning customer at this hotel and it’s not disappointed yet. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and reasonably priced considering it’s a Saturday night stay. Christmas card and a complimentary selection box in our room was a nice touch and great to have free parking. Already booked our next stay.

We had a problem with our booking via the website but was sorted out no problem, had a good laugh in reception and a big thanks to Ash and Tamia for sorting us out mad us feel very welcome, even left us a little gift for when we arrived back from town

Room was lovely, the staff were great too, Ash and Tamia were very friendly and helpful, we had a problem with our booking and they sorted it out for us on arrival. Will be returning for when I'm next in Manchester, 10/10 would highly recommend.

Stayed one night on 11/11/24. Disgusting welcome from both receptionist and member of staff in the restaurant.( I say that lightly). I stay at premier inns all over the country on business. This is the worst one I have ever encountered. Sat down in the ‘restaurant’ at 1900. Still no service by 1930. Disgusting. Next door restaurant closed so they have the monopoly. Waitress did not have a clue about waitressing. I tried to get her attention on a number of occasions but was ‘blanked’. Receptionist had no idea how to treat people checking in. I will never stay at this premier inn again. On top it all they do not accept Blue Light cards. Never again.
