The thatched roof house is built in the typical style of the region and designed in color.
Our guests are greeted by a romantic entrance door decorated with typical Darsser carved motifs. A spacious reception room, a 26 sqm living / dining room with kitchenette invite you to linger. The kitchen is equipped with everything our guests want for self-catering. The dining table for five people offers enough space and invites you to linger. The rooms are color-coordinated with the furniture and create a homely and sophisticated atmosphere. The spacious bedrooms offer plenty of space. The 2 bedrooms, each with two double beds and a guest bed (slatted bed) offer sleeping facilities for up to 5 people. So that there is no long waiting time for a free bath in the morning, the house has two bathrooms with showers and toilets. And a storage room can accommodate the suitcases so that you don't feel like you're on the go in the bedrooms.
A south-facing terrace with adjoining lawn area inviting you to sunbathe on the 400 sqm plot. There is also garden furniture with a table, chairs and loungers and matching cushions. An electric grill is available for the screaming evening. Bicycle sheds and two parking spaces in the fenced area are also available. The property is framed by fences and a high hawthorn hedge.
The linden trees planted in front of the house and the bright potato roses are also traditional for the region. An ideal accommodation for summer, but also for the cold season in winter. Super
Haushälfte direkt an der Straße, im Winter kein Problem. Schlüsselempfang und -abgabe etwas kompliziert. Unteres Bad etwas klein, aber okay.Alles in allem super Aufenthalt, auch daß man nur einige Nächte buchen kann , gefällt uns sehr.

Sommerurlaub in Prerow
Große geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht und schönem Gartengrundstück. Alles sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns Räder ausgeliehen, um zu den Stränden, den Wald usw. zu fahren.

Ferienhausbewertung
Insgesamt ein schönes Haus, aber einige Instandsetzungen wären von hoher Wichtigkeit!
Die Außenanlage wirkt sehr ungepflegt und die Terrassenmöbel könnten eine Art Filzgleiter vertragen, um diese geräuschärmer zu bewegen.
Zudem wäre eine Mikrowelle wünschenswert und auf lange Sicht eine bequemere Bettenlösung!
Der Straßenlärm ist an vielen Tagen bei offenem Fenster unerträglich, lässt sich jedoch auch nicht vermeiden durch die Lage des Objektes an der Hauptstraße!
Die allgemeine Sauberkeit ist definitiv ausbaufähig, die Knöpfe des Kochfeldes waren beispielsweise total schmierig und versaut, ebenso der Fliesenspiegel der Küche!
Im Großen und Ganzen hat unsers das Haus trotzdem gut gefallen, es war für alle genügend und das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, was besonders mit kleinen Kindern von Vorteil ist.

Schönes Haus in zentraler Lage ... aber die "inneren Werte" ;-(
Das großzügige und schicke Reetdach-Haus ist toll gelegen in Prerow. Zwar befindet es sich an der Hauptstraße des Ortes, aber das störte uns nicht weiter. Vom Haus ist alles mit dem Rad hervorragend erreichbar. Bäcker, Supermarkt, gute Restaurants, der Hafen ... alles "um die Ecke".
Sehr unpraktisch ist, dass man den Schlüssel im Nachbarort abholen muss und ihn hinterher wieder dort abgeben muss.
Unser Fazit: Wir würden gerne wiederkommen ... wenn das Haus mit neuen Matratzen ausgestattet worden ist, denn die vorhandenen sind mehr als durchgelegen.
Weiteres Manko sind die Bettdecken und Bettauflagen. Die müssten dringend mal gereinigt werden, sind doch überall "Gebrauchsspuren" deutlich erkennbar.
Problem bei den vorhandenen Ikea "Sultan-Betten" ist, dass eigentlich keine Matratze ausgetauscht werden kann. Für ein Ferienhaus also nicht die richtige Entscheidung, solche Betten zu wählen.
Kurzum ... wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn das Haus über zumutbare Matratzen verfügt und die Bettdecken regelmäßig gereinigt werden.

Schön, aber laut...
das Haus selber war sehr schön. Leider direkt an der Hauptstrasse und im Garten dadurch recht laut. Den Check in fand ich schon speziell. Den Schlüssel musste man in einem anderen Ort aus einem alten Briefkasten holen. Die Kurkarte lag am nächsten Tag einfach vor der Haustür. Den Hausverwalter habe ich nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. "Einführung" gab es also nicht. Terrassenmöbel nicht aufgebaut, standen im Schuppen. Tisch für mich allein zu schwer. Schlüssel und KurTaxe am Ende wieder im anderen Ort in den alten Briefkasten. Ich würde den Besitzern empfehlen, sich von dieser Verwaltung zu trennen. Der erhält ja sicher Geld für sein Nichtstuen. Ansonsten habe ich mich im Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und würde es jetzt, bei Kenntnis der speziellen Umstände, trotzdem wieder buchen.

Wir haben die Zeit genossen.Einkauf und Restaurant- alles in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar.Gemütliches Ferienhaus,ideal für 4 Personen.

Urlaub an der Ostsee
Sehr schönes Häuschen. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. War gut ausgestattet, lag nur leider an einer verkehrsreichen Straße (aber man kann nicht alles haben 😉). Zur Ortsmitte und Strand wars auch nicht weit. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe! Ein Arzt hat seine Praxis gegenüber- wir brauchten aber seine Hilfe zum Glück nicht 😁. Wäschebestellung war einfach. Leider standen Sonnenliegen nicht zur Verfügung. Wurden geliefert aber nicht aufgebaut.
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Alles prima
Unser Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus war sehr erholsam. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und komplikationslos.
Was uns nicht so gefallen hat war, dass man bei Abreise den Schlüssel nach Born zurück bringen musste. Hätte evtl auch der Reinigungsdienst erledigen können.
Aber dass ist Ansichtssache und schmälert in keiner Weise den Aufenthalt.
Sonst war es ausgezeichnet. Dankeschön
