Service was great and rooms were very large

Absolutely excellent; placement near everything interesting in Prague.

This is our first time to visit Prague. The hotel is at the very convenient location and we enjoy the Royal environment and atmosphere both inside the room and in the dinning area. The breakfast location is just like a small palace. Hotel staff also offer us advice to book taxi to the Central bus station where we started our trip in Poland. The convenient booking of car pick up to airport also very efficient. We enjoyed our first yet memorable trip in Prague

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is very old world. I liked the charm of the antique furnishings. The bathroom was modern with marble throughout. The breakfast buffet was impressive. I could not eat all of the offerings, but tried my best. The location of the hotel was central for everything and we walked to all the attractions.

Booked a wrong hotel as I do not have Charles bridge view from my window . However the staffs are friendly . But think shortfall of staffs there was a night they forgot to clean the room. Overall room is so big n beautiful Only it is still under old key technology access ha ha . Breakfast very good spread and all staffs and front line staff and breakfast areas are very friendly and professional . Not many Bke to speak English but they are all nice and very patient .

Hotel room was spacious, location was practically close to everything you need to go to. Was impressed by the staff politeness and the breakfast spread was impressive. Would visit again.

The hotel located really just a few steps from the Charles Bridge. And their breakfast was really nice. For your information, you will need to put your room key back to the reception every time you go out, and take it back when you are backed. The room was big and clean, with bathroom that separated bathtub and shower place. Staff are nice and helpful. And they provide change service in a not bad trading rate.

Not recommend this hotel. Not just because the matter of ghost, but the irresponsible booking service indeed.

位置優秀，房間乾淨整潔。還有古老的房卡

服務態度熱情 地理位置有優越

在查理大橋旁邊，地理位置優越，到各個景點均非常方便，乘公交地鐵也很方便。服務不錯，有點小問題很快就能解決，下次還會訂。

地理位置不錯，離查理大橋很近。而且服務態度也很好。最後一天趕一早的火車來不及吃早飯，酒店貼心地準備了麪包，水和水果給我們帶走。

位置非常棒，服務也很好，早餐也很不錯。酒店有些老舊，衞生尚有提升空間。
