Buena relación calidad precio, a 20 min andando del Reloj Astronómico, con supermercados y restaurantes al lado. Amplia habitación y bonita.

這個酒店不在主要的旅遊區內，慎選。另外服務可以説是缺失的，我們住了三天沒有任何客服打掃服務，甚至連房間裏的氣泡水都是要錢的，要知道在瑞士的酒店裡這些都是無限供應的。，前台接待人員也非常不專業，入住的時候給他護照了還問我們有沒有visa，開始我們以後是要信用卡交按金，後來才知道説的是簽證，給他看了申根簽證頁還是猶猶豫豫，感覺他壓根不知道他們國家也屬於申根簽證範圍，還有更搞笑的是我都已經提前在網上把房費環結清了，接待人員還問我是自己付款還是公司付款，總之就是很無語。還有就是酒店的早餐很難吃，可選擇的東西非常少，衹有幾種類型的麪包，雞蛋，火腿培根，外加一兩種飲料，口味非常一般。 結論，不推薦選擇這家酒店。

疫情前在這個酒店住了三年，位置非常方便就在地鐵旁邊，價格適中，但性價比很高，也很乾凈。

Scorching weather up to 27 degrees (Uk, London was record breaking heat, so you can imagine temperatures here). Could not put on air conditioning as the hotel have overall control so not accessible from your room, u willing to put the air conditioning on as they felt the season was not the hottest it could be. So no air conditioning, no fridge to cool own water bottles. Unbearable room temperature. Water bottles not on a daily basis, however cool drinking water available in reception, when it had run out, I asked if it could be refilled to that the response was you can buy a bottle at the vending machine. Unfortunately, I still have one night to go and have had a lovely trip with my partner in the city but wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Also, when booking we stated it was a couples trip, unfortunately the single beds was all we could have. They did try and change us, at the cost of additional €20 per night however this wouldn’t work as we had three nights booked and they had already booked the room for another customer. The location is great, staff are pleasant but not really accommodating. Basics like air conditioning and water on vacation are not of concern to them, once booked and secured. Need to improve!. They have provided small fan, that goes off it the wire moves however does not cool the room down at all.

The hotel was situated in a great location, close to both trains and hoop up buses. The staff at the front desk were both friendly and helpful. It's a matter of curiosity that they do speak English. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel,

Very central, close to both tram points and metro station. Modern and nicely decorated, good choice at breakfast, although the orange juice was SO diluted, it tasted of nothing. Room was OK - the bath was VERY deep and difficult to get into it you are short; there is no directional holder for the shower head on the wall, so you have to leave the shower head in the bath, and hold it when you are showering. I thought there was no plug near the mirror for my own hairdryer, until the last day when I spotted one, while coming out of the bathroom - a foot back underneath the bottom shelf of the wardrobe - I would have had to crawl on hands and knees to plug anything in!! The beds were VERY uncomfortable - 2 single beds pushed together (we had booked a double) and the pillows... I can honestly say they were the WORST pillows I have had in any hotel in the world: a large pillow case, which appeared to be a third filled with cotton wool balls, absolutely no support whatsoever - I slept SO badly. Despite being in such a convenient position, we won't stay here again because of the beds/pillows.
