Feeling like ,old house in old town but it was my choices.

A Good Hotel, highly Suggested

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful with her tips, absolutely appreciated her help. The location is great, and a walking distance to many popular places.

Staff very friendly and polite. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of options. I was travelling alone so had a single room, it was very small and very hot. I could tell from the fire map most of the other rooms were much larger. The hotel as very clean. Good for a short stay, but had I been there longer I would have preferred a slightly larger room.

Never thought, paying arround 100$ to stay in a hotel will not include air conditioners in the room. The temperature in prague is almost 35°C and this hotel doesn't have any ACs installed, not even at reception. Disappointed

can't provide sufficient slipper, need extra charges even we booked 3 persons room.

We had a bad experience at the Harmony hotel, we made a reservation for 6 people and paid for it and when we got there at check in time, the hotel employee said that the reservation was only for 2 people. And even after we showed proof that we had rented and paid for 2 rooms for 3 people each, the clerk said he couldn't do anything for us, the clerk forced us to pay for 4 more beds or we would simply lose all the money we invested in the trip. So we paid again for 4 beds and to our surprise the same employee added 2 double rooms, plus 2 horrible single beds, of poor quality. And this extra amount we pay, we want to refund it. Please we await answers.

Location is great to old town. Room is tiny. Same goes to washroom.

Everything was super. I stay already 3d time in this hotel. Very nice location - only 1 stop by bus or by metro from train station to hotel, and its 5-10 minuts walking from centre. There are big choice of conditory and coffe shops nearby. The service is very friendly.

So Good place and good staff around, close to city center. Iam planning to be here again.

Cleaners from Ukraine talk very loudly under the door in the early morning and this makes it difficult to get enough sleep if you come back late. The room is rather shabby, some sockets do not work, as well as the central lighting in the room.

Nice Hotel and very nice to stay! Breakfast also yummy! Recommended!
