Hotel Avion

A small cozy hotel in a convenient location. The rooms are really clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff is friendly, polite and responsive! The room is cleaned and tidied daily. The breakfast offered is good - nothing special, the typical hotel buffet breakfast, but good.

This mid range hotel has quite a good location at metro station, not too far from Prague airport, although with no POl around. Some rooms are refurbished, some not. Those refurbished are OK, even though they have just basic equipment. While physically the hotel is not too bad, the manager in reception was unbelievably rude, which totally spoiled our experience.

I visited Prague last April 2023 and stayed at this hotel...it meets my expectations in several aspects. Location. Situated in a convenient area, the nearby metro, trams, and bus stops, allow guests to explore the city of Prague effortlessly. Rates. It's reasonable and fair, considering the comfort level and service quality. It offered excellent value for money. Customer service. The staff was professional, attentive, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast selection. The breakfast spread was diverse, with a variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. There's a selection of freshly baked pastries, cold cuts, fruits, and hot dishes. There are two coffee stations and a selection of tea. Clean and spacious room. My room is clean and impeccably maintained and I commend the housekeeping staff for that! their attention to detail and dedication! The room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. Overall, my stay at Hotel Avion was truly memorable and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-rounded accommodation experience in Prague. I look forward to returning to this hotel on my future visits to the beautiful city.

There are road works outside the building which does not give a good impression. The front is a bit old fashioned. It’s a basic well kept hotel. The room was recently renovated and was spotless. We had dinner on the restaurant terrace out the back which was very good value compared to the city centre and very under rated.

Sehr nette Dame an der Rezeption, sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer, tolles Brotzeitpaket (wir konnten nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen)! Vielen Dank nochmal! Die Nähe zum Flughafen war sehr praktisch, da wir frühmorgens ab Prag in den Urlaub geflogen sind. Auch für einen Städtetrip ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet!

BUENO: La ubicación del hotel, tiene parada de metro y de tranvía muy cerca, por lo que no importa si no estás en el centro. Además, el autobús del aeropuerto hace parada en la estación de al lado. El barrio es muy tranquilo. Tienes supermercado y algún restaurante cerca también. El desayuno está bien, ofrecen lo básico (leche, café... huevos, algo de embutido, cereales, fruta) pero no esperes gran variedad ni cosas específicas. MEJORABLE: El personal ha sido bastante seco, hemos estado una semana y les costaba mirarnos a la cara o saludarnos cuando entrábamos o salíamos. Nos sorprendió bastante el trato hacia el cliente. En concreto una camarera fue incluso desagradable con nosotras. Las camas individuales son increíblemente pequeñas y no del todo cómodas. Las paredes son muy muy finas, puedes escuchar perfectamente la conversación de al lado, así como escuchar la ducha o el inodoro del vecino. Una noche tuve que llamar la atención porque no podíamos ni dormir. También oyes portazos continuamente. Para personas con dificultades para dormir, necesitaréis tapones para los oídos. Aviso que dan lo mínimo para el lavabo: gel. Sólo los dos últimos días nos dieron champú. Así que traed vuestras cosas. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, nosotras no la necesitamos pero de cara a pleno verano, creo que las habitaciones pueden ser calurosas sólo con una ventana.
