Prague Centre Plaza

Generally this hotel is all good, except not quite HONEST. I booked online for two nights. At the second night, as I wanted to extend my stay, I discussed with the clerk at the front desk, and we agreed that my third night will be charged 93.00, and I can pay the fee by visa in the next morning . However, in the next morning, when I tried to seal the deal at the front desk, the clerk told me, they just raised the price to 120.00 considering the room is hot for easter, despite the fact that we have actually reached an agreement. Considering the fact that the staff (if not all) in this hotel lacks honesty and integrity, should I visit Prague again, I'll defenitely keep myself away from this hotel. ( and just by the way, Prague is quite an attractive city, and I wish I'll come back here soon)

Really good hotel! Was great location and was very comfortable. Not too busy and great cafes nearby!

Not the best of hotels, overpriced for such an old and outdated building. The room came with no air conditioning, and when asked, it was an additional charge of €5 per day. Also, they had too many "do's" and "don'ts" listed everywhere. Housekeeping was also not provided unless requested. Only one bin is provided, a small one, and one would be beside the toilet bowl, which is much smaller, enough for tissues. Extremely small space for the shower, which causes the water to spill out and that makes the floor really slippery. The location is not too bad, close enough to the metro and trams.

Unfortunately full of youngsters being loud and noisy until 3am. Walls are too thin so its almost impossible to rest even with earplugs. Management does not seem to care much and nothing was done to tackle the noise situation. Definitely Avoid, you will find better options around
