The room is clean, the location is very good, you can walk to many places conveniently. The staff is very good. I like it here and hope to come back again.

The location is absolutely ideal, the decor is nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. We checked in late and the process was well explained and straightforward to follow. My review is very specific to the room we stayed in, not a reflection of the hotel as a whole. We were a family of four adults staying in a two room suite (310A) on the very top floor. The lift only goes to the second floor, not a problem to us travelling light but the final staircase would be challenging with a large suitcase. The lower level has twin beds, sofa, fridge and kettle then there is a very steep staircase (need to walk sideways) up to the next level where there is a double bedroom and a shower room. This room has very little area where you can actually stand upright and nowhere to put clothes. The shower room is very small and just not suitable for four adults to share with little space for everyone’s stuff. The shower head leaked (but was very promptly replaced by maintenance) the door did not close fully so water does leak all over the floor. This room would be better suited to a family with younger children, but beware of the staircase. The rooms I got a look at on the other floors looked to be more standard. We had a great stay in Prague though!

I have recently stayed at this hotel with a group of friends. The staff were very friendly, the accommodation was very clean. There was no iron in the room however when we asked it was delivered to our room whilst we we were out with no problem to the staff at all . Lastly the location is perfect. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend
