The breakfast was superb with wide range of dishes. The hotel is very close to intercity train, therefore, you can choose to walk or take public transport. They provided toothbrush, shower cap and body care kit. Additional points to be given. 🥳 This is one of best hotel I stayed during my Europe trip.

I can probably say that overall stay in the hotel was good except the last night that ruined our feeling a bit. Location was great. Around 20mins walk to the main train station, close to most of old town touristic place, all walkable distance. The receptionist was welcoming and the hotel was clean. I booked the hotel specifically for the beer spa and the lady there explained things thoroughly so the start of the trip was great. On the 2nd day after a long & tired day, we got back to the hotel for the beer spa we booked. When we got to our room, the toilet was making a noise and it didn’t flush. We called the reception straight away as our beer spa starts in like 15mins. The gentleman came up to check and said that it is not possible to fix. We were rushing as we have to go down and of course we have to use toilet so there’s no negotiation except changing the room. The noise of water running was unbearable so we wouldn’t even be able to sleep anyways. We got a call offering to change the room but it was smaller. Quite small i have to say. They mentioned there’s no other room available, 100% booked. We are really unhappy about this but didn’t really have a choice. (What can we do when they say it is all booked and no other room available and our spa booking is coming up.) We just agreed on changing.. It kinda end our trip unhappily hence the lower rate on the service part. I am sure I would have given 4 on the service if this didn’t happen.

Staff helpful with maps public transport and areas of interest. Rooms were more than adequate clean & comfortable great selection of toiletries.

Great location, friendly service and wonderful breakfast!

We were a group of 6 people and booked 3 rooms, I have requested separate beds for all the rooms and our requests were noted and rooms were prepared as we wanted when we arrived. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood and very close to a shopping mall, once passing through the mall, you will be right at a more busy area with lots of restaurants, shops and public transportation. The hotel location is excellent, we can go to all the famous sights around 10-15 minutes by foot, or easily take public transportation to outskirt of the city. In additional to the great location, the rooms were good size and very clean, the daily breakfast offered at the hotel was great, there were good selections for breakfast and we were all satisfied with the food quality. The most important part was the hotel staff, they were all very friendly, not only they helped us to book the car service to airport, pointed us best way to get on hop-on-hop-off bus, they even arranged a breakfast-to-go box for my early departure since I had to check out the hotel by 4am. This was this first time we visited Prague, Michelangelo Grand Hotel has made me feel like home, I will definitely stay here if I visit Prague again!

衞生整潔，位置優秀，很適合親子游

酒店雖歷史悠久，但是幾年前剛裝修過，所以整體都非常不錯。布拉格不大，酒店就在市中心，到任何景點基本都在步行距離內，非常方便。周邊有購物中心，中餐和其他亞洲美食一應齊全，可以滿足任何味蕾需求。要澄清一點：酒店説有機場接送，其實衹是幫你叫車而已，非免費服務。完全可以自己叫優步，價格還划算。酒店有號稱布拉格首家啤酒浴，小貴，但值得一試。

我出來旅行住了這麼多次酒店,第一次碰到這麼難睡的床!睡得我好癢,感覺是床單被單用洗衣粉或者漂白粉過量,另外床上也有蟲!😰而且床單被單肉眼可見的臟,有很多污漬!第二天去跟前台説了以後給我換了,結果睡覺前在床單上還是發現了蟲子!😡 而且已經換過一次房間了,前一個房間厚窗簾都衹有一半!為了換房間浪費了我一個小時時間,耽誤了我黃金的晚霞拍照時間!😭結果換了以後還有這麼大的問題!包括早餐的盤子也永遠都不乾淨!這家酒店的衞生狀況真的堪憂,難以相信它是五星級的!🙄強烈建議大家不要定!!!太影響布拉格旅行了!可惜了這麼美的城市!

트램 가깝고, 프라하성이나 까를교 가기 딱 좋은 위치. 룸 깨끗하고 직원분들 친절. 조식 매우 준수. 다음에 또 오고싶어요ㅎㅎ 잘 지내다 갑니다.
