Hotel Victoria Poza Rica by Brahma

First of all. There's no place to park for the first time , like customer new arrival spot . It's blocked with a pole and a safety strip, then the restaurant is very hot . Same as the rest of the hotel , at the restaurant I prefer a fajita plate . And they brought me my food . But I had to ask for clean glassware , ask for the lemons, salsa and tortillas even after they brought my food after that they told me they only accepted cash . Good thing I had some spare money , then I went to my room to take a shower and there's no hot water , I tried calling the receptionist and they never pick up the phone when I was calling from room land line , I had to use my cell to call , I reported the issue and they told me "we will be there right away"they spend a good 20 minutes and they never show up, I receive a call from receptionist and she stated that got water will be available in 20 minutes , it has been 45+ and still no hot water . In few words this place it's at a same level as and cheap hoes motels . Not worted
