The accessible room met our needs perfectly. It's located on the ground floor and down a corridor, but all the accessibility aids were in good condition.

Omg dirty rooms dusty and very rude staff. This was in are rooms. Would stay there again.

This hotel is incorrectly advertised, it is misleading. We only booked this hotel because it was listed as air conditioned! With the heat in summer now, we cannot sleep without it, but not only was it not air conditioned, the pictures attatched speak for themselves!! The hotel looked bad from the outside, the gutters have long weeds growing out of them, all windows had long spiders webs hanging down and dirty windows. The only thing that was okay was the reception area, but thats where it stops. The hallways are cramped, dirty carpets, and its hard to manoeuvre your luggage through the narrow hallways, many heavy fire doors and thick carpet. The carpets all have a thick layer of dust in all the corners, no one bothers to clean them properly. On entering the room, its the same thing, all the corners have a thick layer of dust, all around the room. The Bed is lumpy and old, not comfortable at all, thick duvets that are far too hot for this heat. The pillows are lumpy and gave us neck ache in the morning! The room was cramped, windows dirty and rubbish piled up outside the stained windows. The toilet seat is so old its totally stained and is awful, although probably cleaned, it was hard to tell. The bathroom floor had cracked tiles, Shower curtain had green limescale stains from lack of washing and the bathroom sink surround also had a green tinge to it! All in all a terrible room, in desperate need of a good house keeper and major revamping needing. A proper clean would help majorly. YOU NEED A NEW HOUSEKEEPER who actually cares about customer service! The toilet paper was the cheapest you could buy, 1 PLY!!! Do yourself a favour and go to Premier INN, not only were they cheaper but they had AIRCON!! we only stayed one night in this hell hole and booked in at the Premier Inn, where the rooms were actually nice and clean!! We await news from TRIP.COM if they will reimburse us for the second night that we didn't use!!???
