LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE IT IS FOUL! the people are so rude staff and guests the atmosphere here is so miserable the food is literally like prison food no entertainment no nothing if you want a family holiday or any holiday to be honest to not go to this place it is not an enjoyable experience it’s so disappointing because I was so exited to go away and this is what it’s like this is not a 4 star hotel I wouldn’t even give it a 1 the money you pay is way way to much it’s literal false advertisement this should be maybe 250 pp for what your paying they are under deliverying it’s disappointing because the hotel it’s self it’s nice

Do not go to this hotel, it’s not as advertised, not worthy of 1 star, staff incredibly rude, food not edible, we had to eat out everyday. Rooms are unclean and unsafe. All inclusive not all inclusive, no ice creams, no spirits, pop tastes like water. Honestly please don’t go it’s so bad.

I came here as a family of 5 people, 2 adults and 3 children. I have never had a worse experience like this before. Let's start with the room...a musty basement room with no view but a wall in front. The pool is very small, especially for children with many prohibitions...you are not allowed to play with a ball in the pool, you are not allowed to jump and many others. Activities for children 0. Playground for children nothing. No activity whatsoever. The food is cooked only for a certain type of tradition but not Greek for sure. Food only with sauces and very heavy for summer. You simply have no choice. I don't even say dessert anymore. For children, you can take your mind off the food. They have nothing but a boiled white paste. Very bad quality. The beach is full of stones with very little sand, full of stones even in the water, dangerous for us as well as for the children. The beach is very small. You have almost nothing to do .. not even a trip, if you don't have a car you are tied hand and foot. It is the worst experience so far. I do not advise anyone. It is not a 4 star hotel, Max 2 stars. all the bad reviews are true. I tried not to take them into account when I bought this holiday and now I'm sorry and I'm very disappointed. Good : staff of the bar , and cleaning lady.

Please avoid this hotel at all costs , this is literally a one star holiday. Two women travelling and arrived around 10.30 at night to be shown a drawn map of the accommodation and told to walk down there and it’s on your right, there were no lights and we had our bags would of been nice if someone could show us to our room as it was quiet scary in the dark trying to locate the room number. Don’t be fooled by the reception area this is not what the hotel is like it is run down villas at the back of the main reception. Our room door had a big crack down it the chain was broken so we couldn’t actually secure the door. The bath had brown rust all in it and the enamel is coming off the bath ,the shower is a little hand held head that you attach to the wall yourself. We went all inclusive the food is edible but limited with choice and variety not many options for a vegetarian or any real authentic Greek food very disappointing, so we paid money to eat out. The alcoholic drinks is awful all that is available is a beer on draft , wine , ouzo and brandy !!!! Awful and so disappointing. There is no entertainment in the hotel what so ever The area is very quiet with nothing to do , the nearest village we went to was 25mins away In a taxi. There is a bus that runs at 13.30 which is located at the top of the village be careful walking along the roads as both my friend and I nearly got hit by cars they drive so close to you, when there was actually no other cars on the road very scary !!! The hotel staff especially the two women on reception were very rude and unhelpful when we asked for any kind of help like what time check out is and if there was any where we could shower and get changed as we have a long wait between transfer pick up they simply relied no cause checkout is this time. I would like to end on a positive and say that the bar staff were very friendly and happy but apart from that avoid this holiday if you are considering it . Dont waste your money !!!!!

If you are looking for a very quiet place to stay to get away from all of the chaos and truly relax then this is your place. Myself and my fiancé visited on the 31 of May. I am not sure if it’s this peaceful later on in the season. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The room was very clean everyday. The whole environment is very calm. The food was good, if you like heathy meals. There’s a lovely terrace sitting area right on front of the beach. I can imagine this being a good place to take your children considering there isn’t any crazy loud drunk people around. There are also many shops and restaurants right outside with amazing customer service. The weather was also amazing. 5 starts for customer service. 4 starts for beach rocks and perhaps too much peace. Would be nice if the bar area was more lively.

After planning this holiday and searching for a calm, small hotel, we found possidi paradise. The reviews were good.....but just before we checked the reviews again and got nervous... Did we make a good choice!?!?! Yes, we did. We arrived (after a long transfer from airport to hotel), and the receptionist was helpful and polite. We needed to search a little for our room (it was dark). Lighting could be better, especially at the stairs. The room was good and clean. The bathroom looks a little outdated but acceptable. The shower curtain......personal opinion: you don't want to see such thing in a hotel. Towels are changed daily, and the room is cleaned daily. One remark her. The water can be cold when everybody is or just had a shower. The main beds are good. Pillows is always a personal taste, and I always have to find one that suits me. The additional bed (sleeping couch), for our son, was too hard and too short. We solved that with extra blankets underneath him....the short bed he had to accept. Once settled, we slept well. The room is noisy when people are leaving the hotel during the night, but ok. What about breakfast, lunch, and diner. My wife and I completely agreed. Out of all hotels (also big 5 star hotels in Egypt and turkey), this one was the best. Choice is what you may expect from a small hotel, but it all tasted well. No long queues, enough variety. One small improvement: the fries are not OK.the have to be firm and crispy. Please have a look at this. And we missed pancakes during breakfast....it will make the children happy. The restaurant is big enough. there is no need to fight for a table. The complete hotel is clean and looks good. As said, please repair the lights at the stairs. And sometimes it smells strange in some places. The swimming pool is nice but not too big, but who needs a big pool with such a nice beach and see is just a few meters away. Every room has an umbrella and 2 sunbeds, we never sw a situation that there were no beds even we and others used more then 2. The bar is compared to the rest of less quality. The soft drinks are postmix (automate) and of a local company. By far not comparable with Coca-Cola or Sprite. The number of liquors was very limited. Here is for sure room for a lot of improvement. Staff was friendly, although I always like to see a happy face. It feels so much better if I have the feeling the staff enjoys having us as guests. A short "good morning" and smile makes everybody's day start well :) Surroundings. The hotel is situated in a calm area. 4-5 restaurant, a few bars and 2 shops. There is not much to see or to do, so bring your card games. (We knew it and brought them with us and used them every day). Renting a car and visit another beach is advised. Or take a walk to the cape. All together, if you like it calm with good food; go here. I guess best with young children. If you need someone to entertain you; look further.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The level of customer service here was absolutely disgusting! We arrived with 3 young children at 1.45pm to be greeted by the reception team stating "Check in is at 3!" there was no hello, how was your flight or any other form of pleasantries. There was no offer for us to drop our 3 suitcases, 5 backpacks and buggy anywhere or direction to the nearest restaurant to grab a bit to eat before we could check in. When we asked of there was a storage facility until we could check in we were told "just put them there" and pointed in the direction of the corner of the reception lounge with no security for our bags. After we took a walk to see what was around we returned to reception at 3pm as instructed to be told "your room is down there on the left". There was no offer of help with the bags or anyone to show us to our room. The room was very standard offering a bathroom (with a broken shower curtain if thats what you can call it) and 5 beds... nothing else! Our view was a brick wall with a rat trap placed outside and some dried up plants. We went to get dinner later that evening and how this hotel was awarded 4 stars absolutely baffles me! the meals provided were not child friendly at all and was very basic with no much flavour. That afternoon my 4 year old was kicked out of the pool area for jumping in. I explained to the miserable man (if that's what you can call him) he is a 4 year old, who is excited but i will tell him to stop. He was very rude and arrogant so we decided to complain to the hotel manager. We spoke about the level of customer service we had received only in the few hours we had been there and explained about the pool incident to be told "if the baby jumps in again, you will not be permitted to use the pool for the duration of your stay". There was absolutely no signs to state no jumping in or having fun for that matter. I would strongly advise not to stay in this so called hotel, especially if you have children. During meal times if you arrive 30 minutes before it is due to end you get tutted at, told you only have half an hour and when finished your meal and leaving hear "finally" being said. The ONLY good this about this hotel is the ocean and beach being right on your door step with breath taking views. We received no apology or smiles the entire time we were then.

I would avoid this hotel at all costs. It' s not a 4 star hotel. The room was dirty, the furniture too old, the music from the pool bar was too loud late at night, we couldn't sleep. The hair dryer was ready to explode in my hands. The food was mediocre.

Very bad hotel, not family at all, all inclusive is not all inclusive at all…there is no snacks between Main meals,after discussion with manager next day was sandwiches on the pool bar.not nice food every day nearly the same food always cold, restaurant had very dirty table clots in the area were was served food, very bad quality of drinks, hotel looks different then on the pictures.. very boring place no themes at all. Pooltable from 17 years old, the same with gym and very poor quality of it and not nice staff member which scares our kids! Lady from reception are not nice at all , laughing in your face when guests are not happy. Very dangerous entries to the beach no stairs no access with pram, there is no beach bar. I had ok room but bathroom very bad and dirty. My friends with we were together had one small room for 3 adults one 11 years old child and 1.5 years old baby. No space for suitcases even. We won’t back! And not recommend this place for anyone who would like enjoy their holiday!
