Poor quality food , hotel doesn’t look like the pictures which are out of date. Food - not the best quality but out of desperation you can find something to eat . We were half board but I have seen all inclusive customers paying for water and other drinks. Soft drinks like cola, lemonade are watered down and not nice. Rooms - we have paid for a superior suit but there was nothing superior about it -room was dated , stains on the wall , few days we had no warm water to shower in the evening , tv and hairdryer wasn’t working. Gym- equipment not working Staff- do not make any effort to make you feel welcomed. Positive- lovely area , quiet holidays , free sun beds although some broken down.

Four star my a**e . We are a family of 5 from Hampshire . The hotel needs a good maintenance man to come sort all the broken locks , sunbeds , doors, plugs , floor tiles , shower heads … the bloke would have a full time job for life . It’s a pretty hotel (minus all the bits falling apart )that’s not to busy and the lack of any sort of entertainment means it’s a quiet hotel too . I’d advise bringing a few board games . The only thing for the kids is a pool but the rules are a total vibe kill . My children were told off for , splashing , jumping , holding on to the edge , standing by the edge ect ect. But only my kids my English kids … these rules didn’t seem to apply to non English kids and they were pretty much allowed to do what ever they wanted without a harsh whistle blown at them once . The lifeguard would warn our kids for having to much fun and if she needed to repeat that fun mustn’t be had she would ask them to get out for 15 minutes…. In 40degree heat . The bar staff would ignore my children if they approached the bar for a drink but again other children were allowed . The staff were extremely racist and the guests even more so . We felt incredibly uncomfortable the whole holiday. The food was inedible and had nothing seen by us English folk before , and we spent most night out for dinner . But we didn’t have much more luck outside the hotel . The local bars and restaurants would look at us like we’re from out of space , one night as we left a restaurant the waitress collected all her staff where they lined up to stare at us while we left , it made my children uncomfortable as the unapologetically stared at us while we made our way out of the place . This place has no idea what all inclusive means … one day the water got closed off so the soft drinks were from bottles and warm … but my daughter cannot drink fizzy due to a medical condition, as they had been shut of from water we were then forced to buy big bottles of water from behind the bar. When we asked the staff for anything we were responded to with a strong NO . The women’s football final was on and we asked if it could be shown on the bar tv . They had been showing f1 on it all day but when we asked they said that the tv was broken and we went allowed to watch it . It’s been on every day all day since being here . Location of the hotel is a few steps from the beach . All around the hotel it says one umbrella and 2 loungers per room . But on the beach this wasn’t monitored and we were never able to get a space on the beach as family’s would take as many as they wanted . This did keep the pool quiet but the pool came with rules . We strongly regretted coming here for 2 weeks , actually we regretted coming here at all . I would avoid this place and wish no other English family come here again . It’s racist and full to the brim of rude staff and guests and food the street dogs wouldn’t even touch . One the plus side all 5 of us have lost weight on this ‘all inclusive ‘

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE IT IS FOUL! the people are so rude staff and guests the atmosphere here is so miserable the food is literally like prison food no entertainment no nothing if you want a family holiday or any holiday to be honest to not go to this place it is not an enjoyable experience it’s so disappointing because I was so exited to go away and this is what it’s like this is not a 4 star hotel I wouldn’t even give it a 1 the money you pay is way way to much it’s literal false advertisement this should be maybe 250 pp for what your paying they are under deliverying it’s disappointing because the hotel it’s self it’s nice

Do not go to this hotel, it’s not as advertised, not worthy of 1 star, staff incredibly rude, food not edible, we had to eat out everyday. Rooms are unclean and unsafe. All inclusive not all inclusive, no ice creams, no spirits, pop tastes like water. Honestly please don’t go it’s so bad.

Please avoid this hotel at all costs , this is literally a one star holiday. Two women travelling and arrived around 10.30 at night to be shown a drawn map of the accommodation and told to walk down there and it’s on your right, there were no lights and we had our bags would of been nice if someone could show us to our room as it was quiet scary in the dark trying to locate the room number. Don’t be fooled by the reception area this is not what the hotel is like it is run down villas at the back of the main reception. Our room door had a big crack down it the chain was broken so we couldn’t actually secure the door. The bath had brown rust all in it and the enamel is coming off the bath ,the shower is a little hand held head that you attach to the wall yourself. We went all inclusive the food is edible but limited with choice and variety not many options for a vegetarian or any real authentic Greek food very disappointing, so we paid money to eat out. The alcoholic drinks is awful all that is available is a beer on draft , wine , ouzo and brandy !!!! Awful and so disappointing. There is no entertainment in the hotel what so ever The area is very quiet with nothing to do , the nearest village we went to was 25mins away In a taxi. There is a bus that runs at 13.30 which is located at the top of the village be careful walking along the roads as both my friend and I nearly got hit by cars they drive so close to you, when there was actually no other cars on the road very scary !!! The hotel staff especially the two women on reception were very rude and unhelpful when we asked for any kind of help like what time check out is and if there was any where we could shower and get changed as we have a long wait between transfer pick up they simply relied no cause checkout is this time. I would like to end on a positive and say that the bar staff were very friendly and happy but apart from that avoid this holiday if you are considering it . Dont waste your money !!!!!

If you are looking for a very quiet place to stay to get away from all of the chaos and truly relax then this is your place. Myself and my fiancé visited on the 31 of May. I am not sure if it’s this peaceful later on in the season. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The room was very clean everyday. The whole environment is very calm. The food was good, if you like heathy meals. There’s a lovely terrace sitting area right on front of the beach. I can imagine this being a good place to take your children considering there isn’t any crazy loud drunk people around. There are also many shops and restaurants right outside with amazing customer service. The weather was also amazing. 5 starts for customer service. 4 starts for beach rocks and perhaps too much peace. Would be nice if the bar area was more lively.
