On the outskirts Porto-Vecchio, in an elevated position on a slope, 1 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (20 x 8 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: air conditioning. Steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 400 m, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 230 m, sandy beach 8 km.
