Nice hotel nice place

打掃房間的阿姨態度很好很親熱 但是前台辦理入住的一名女士 態度非常惡劣！一種瞧不起人的感覺 連個笑容都沒有 整天皺着眉 招呼也不到 很嚴肅 跟她打招呼微笑她幾乎不迴應有種很沒有禮貌的感覺！！The aunt who cleaned the room was very nice and affectionate, but a woman who checked in at the front desk had a very bad attitude! A kind of contempt for people not even a smile did not frown all day long, greeting is not very serious to greet her smile she almost do not respond to a very not polite feeling!!

乾淨舒適，離地鐵口很近

This property is about a 20 minute downhill walk to the historic district and about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The location to me was ideal as the historic center has lots of construction underway. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet with a well appointed bathroom.

Everything sucks. The breakfast was too bad. The receptionist was soo rude. When I wanted to change my room coz of an unkind roommate, they wanted me to pay extra 400 Euro. They are not hospitable. I am still angry with the receptionist as he did not help me in any way!

The hotel has a simple paired back decor, however it is comfortable, modern and clean. The staff were welcoming and the location is good as only a 10/15 minute walk to the main touristic areas. I found given that it was not very expensive, I was suitably impressed as a result of this as well.

Good Hotel, in good price, I was there in february 2024 , 7 days with my wife, in my opinion hotel was very well , the room was cleaned every day ,towels were changed every day, young lady who cleaned was very nice, room maybe a bit little but for us was enough. All staff was helpful , they arranged a taxi for us to the airport ,only for 20 euros. Breakfast was good, warm scrambled eggs, bacon,sausages, and other cold dishes, and too drinks, tea and coffe, everyone will find something for themselves. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The hotel is quite a long way from town and main hub around the river area. However metro station is very close so you can get around easily and reasonably priced. Room was quite small and not masses of hanging space but adequate for our 4 night break. Those were the only slight negatives. The hotel was very clean, lovely modern bathroom. Staff were really freindly and helpful. Breakfast adequate with quite good choices. We found this hotel to be much cheaper than some of the close to town ones so therefore found it great value so didnt mind paying for a few taxis and metros. Would definitely recomend. BTW there is a little family run bar on the corner opposite..beer and wine around 1 euro each!!

Front desk staff were super helpful - great restaurant suggestions. Clean & comfortable rooms, centrally located. If you're on for a tour of Sintra/Queluz they'll arrange it - ask for Alberto as ur tour guide! Worth the time...

I stayed at the Porto City Hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is not in a busy area, in regards to bars/ cafes/ restaurants etc (although, there are a few around), however it is approx 200yds from the Faria Guimaraes metro station (Line D) and you can be in the main down town areas in approx 5 mins. I had a double room, which was next to the lift. However, I had no issues with any noise from the lift or from other guests using the lifts. Although, the room was basic in regards to amenities, it was a ample size and the bed was very comfortable. There was a safe, TV and Fridge and plenty of storage room. The room had plenty of sockets for charging phones etx and USB sockets. There was also free WIFI throughout the hotel. The bathroom was an adequate size and had a lovey (powerful) walk in shower. The room was serviced on a daily basis and was always nice and clean. Breakfast was adequate for my needs. There was a small selection of cooked breakfast (Sausage, Bacon, Scrambled eggs), cold meats, cereal, fruit etc. However, the breakfast was self service and the breakfast area is not the biggest area, which could make things bit of a squeeze (the hotel do make you aware of this). All the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The hotel staff arranged a taxi to the airport for me, which costs 20Euro's. I would stay at this hotel again if I visited Porto again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Porto City Hotel. It is on a relatively quiet street. The Metro stop is just down the block and then it's a quick ride to downtown Porto. The staff are knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. The rooms are clean. We had a room next to the elevator and didn't hear people coming and going. A good breakfast buffet included. Reasonable cost, especially in the context of high tourist season.

Hotel di nuova costruzione, impeccabilmente pulito, in buona posizione. Personale attento alle esigenze del cliente ed ottima colazione. Non ho nulla da chiedere di più. Letto confortevole e silenzio hanno aiutato il riposo. Mi piacerebbe tornare.

Bien situé non loin du centre historique (30 minutes à pieds, 5 euros en taxi...), bon accueil, chambres très agréables, savoureux petit déjeuner. Pas de bar ni de restaurant, mais une épicerie au coin de la rue... et très bon restaurant (ouvert uniquement le soir) à proximité: le Paju.

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Si bien el hotel no está en la zona céntrica, se puede llegar caminando en 15 minutos. Zona tranquila, con negocios locales cercanos para disfrutar de la gastronomía portuguesa alejados de la zona turística. La habitación bien equipada, limpia y recién reformada. El desayuno correcto con buena variedad de productos. El personal del hotel muy amable.
