We stayed here for three nights. The attention to detail was perfect. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit. Comfy bed and lovely showers.

We went for 3 nights on Valentine's day. Aside the lack of personal care product and the questionable coffee area setup, everything was great. Bedding was comfortable, air conditioning was effective, location is good, breakfast is very good, staff is super nice. But the main thing was the bathroom, what an amazing one! It felt like a private thermal baths setup. Bath tub was a bit long so maybe a anti-slipping mat would be a nice addition. It was winter so we were not able to enjoy the long balcony but I'm sure it must be great in summer. I'll definitely go back if we ever go back to Porto.

Cocorico is such a darling hotel, the staff was so friendly and the breakfast each morning was delightful! The rooms were extremely spacious for europe. The location is slightly west of city center, but still super easy walk to everything you’d want to see! Highly recommend a stay at Cocorico!

The staff at Cocorico was first class. From the moment I arrived (late and after hours) they had both a handwritten welcome at the reception desk for me, and also one in my room (with welcome cookies too!). Without my solicitation they provided me a map and showed me what I needed to know about my location in the context of the city. Also, without my solicitation, upon hearing of my early starts, they again left me breakfast boxes also with handwritten notes. The room was large and elegant. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to historic parts but not right in the center of the tourist spots (had a local vibe which I liked). I will recommend Cocorico to my friends traveling to Porto.

We absolutely loved Cocorico. It’s a tucked away haven within easy reach of all of Porto’s sights. Our room was stunning, the breakfast was brilliant and a special shout out to all the staff, especially the woman who led the breakfast service every day, who was so friendly and remembered what you liked from day to day. 100% recommended. We would definitely stay again if returning to Porto.

We stayed two nights in this lovely small hotel and wish we could have stayed two weeks! It was extraordinary. Our room (#2) was huge, and the bathroom was amazing -- lots of counter space with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower with 2 separate shower heads. The staff is delightful--all were very friendly and helpful, without exception. We loved bartender Joanna in the evening and made a dinner of tapas and drinks there both nights. Breakfast (included in the room fee) each morning was wonderful, served by the personable Susannah. This place was a welcome change from the typical large, sterile hotel. And amazingly, we booked it through Hyatt so got Hyatt points, as well. We spent two weeks exploring Portugal, and our stay at Cocorico in Porto was one of the highlights of our trip.
