Room and bathroom was nice and spacious. No noise heard from outside, very quiet. Hotel located within 10-15mins walk of the main street, lots of lovely restaurants and little cafes around. Staff was also friendly upon check in and check out, offers a left luggage service if you arrive early or need to store before heading off to airport.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Spacious rooms and good working a/c. The window can only be opened on request.

the hotel room is bigger than usual hotel room in EUROPE. The room is quiet and clean. The location is also good with restaurants/shops/laundry facilities withine walking distance

Great location, clean, have a fridge and hair dryer, the personnel is very nice and willing to give advices on what you can visit or where to eat. I'll definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Porto!

Overall good experience and nice location with great staff. However, we had some issues with the hot water in our room and the first night we were forced to wait 2 hours to have it back. On the second night the same issue came up and we had to switch room. In all of this, staff was always polite and welcoming and offered us free breakfast for both days as compensation and a small gift

Although Trip clearly stated there would be free bottled water, I was shocked to find out that the hotel would only provide water on the first night, although I booked two nights. That’s not hospitable for a hospitality service.

Lovely hotel in Porto. What made it for me was the rooftop area and the bar service on the 8th floor, it was so calming and peaceful. Little things let this stay down for me however, in particular house keeping. I was there for a total of 5 nights and twice I had to go ask for more water and towels. They didn't replenish coffee, or even change the dirty coffee mugs for clean ones. As I say just the things you would expect. Location was good, but not fantastic for being right in the life of things without hilly climbs.

Room size acceptable but again like quite some hotel we stay; we don’t like the bath area as water get easily spilled outside to the sanitary area. The reception is very helpful giving us good advise how to move around to the places of interest
