First, hotel is 2km away from Lello bookshop, uphill walk... Better take a Eur4 Uber. Reception and staff are very friendly. We parked our car in the hotel garage, about EUr13, . The attendant meet us in the parking garage, and offered to transfer our luggages..we were glad but handled our luggages. There is a tram station line 1 and 18, and bus stop in front of the hotel.

Very new hotel beside the river. A more quiet part of Porto but still easy accessible to many places and eateries. Very good road to airport and outlet. Lovely breakfast and room. Highly recommended for those who drive and want a safe place

Very friendly staff make this place feel so welcoming but that seems to be the norm across Portugal. Hotel is situated some distance from the city center which requires at least 25 minutes walk, although trams operate from in front of the hotel. The breakfast did not offer the most extensive selection but everything was fresh and tasty and staff offer a discounted option if it is purchased on checking for the entire stay. There are no leisure facilities at this hotel such as swimming pool or gym whilst there is a supermarket very nearby, around 3 minutes walk away. I enjoyed my stay as the room was comfortable enough but recommend requesting a room at the back of the hotel as those at the front are prone to noise from passing guests and the elevators and noise insulation is not the best. Best to ask for rooms ending in number 12 or higher. Entire property is very very stylish as this building was formally a fish market, albeit with art deco flourishes, converted to a contemporary hotel.

Overall, the room is clean. There is a supermarket nearby. A sea view in front.

Loved staying at this hotel. Upon arrival staff was enthusiastic to greet us and give essential information to enjoy our stay in Porto. We were recommended to a restaurant called O Fado which was local cuisine with traditional local music,Fado Rooftop views of bridge and river. Charming area. Tram is accessible right outside. Great breakfast.

I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast was available, was simple but effective. Luckily the rooms were comfortable. If you enjoy walking or taking the bus, this is a great space for you filled with nature and a beautiful view.

Excellent experience, with a great location in the heart of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant.
