Pros - Location - easy access to Porto downtown area (3 metro stations to Sao Bento) - I choose travelling by metro as walking uphill and downhill in Porto is really tiring! - Room size as well as toilet - spacious enough even for two people, facilities - I like the kettle for boiling hot water. - Water from the shower very powerful and comfortable. - 2 bakery cafes nearby for taking breakfast (with reasonable price), one Chinese restaurant nearby provides hot food. Cons - Did not expect there was nobody at hotel front desk upon my arrival. With the help of a kind lady, I could communicate with the hotel staff via whatsapps and was able to check in without problem. ( I would like to say thanks to that kind lady) - No elevator, staying at lower floors is preferrable. - the room floorings had a cracking sound while walking, may be the building was a little bit old.

O alojamento é muito bom, acolhedor, funcional e extremamente bem situado! O facto de utilizar check in e check out apenas com códigos é bastante cómodo e rápido. A salinha a entrada com máquina de bebidas e comidas também é muito bom... é um conceito diferente, prático e funcional de alojamento! Adorámos! Iremos voltar ❤️👏

Très bien!

Basic but bright and airy and very clean. No lift. Good hot shower with shower gel and hand soap included. No shampoo. Didn't bother with the tea sachets in room because the vending machine downstairs had very good and reasonable hot drinks. Breakfast at the local cafe was better than expected. Coffee, fresh orange juice, toasted artisan breads and assorted pastries. Staff were very friendly. Short walk to Metro, slighter longer walk to centre but very doable. NB, Porto is quite hilly. plenty of public transport options and Ubers are cheap.. Only negative is not much hanging space / storage in room, but fine for short stay.

No reception. (Only advised by travel agent after booking complete) DIY check in. Ie What’s app messages with all your details as per passport. Then eventually you get the codes required. Keypad code for building access and your room. Very steep stairs to first and second floors. Kettle and 2 tea bags in the room. Shower attachment was broken so water everywhere. No hand soap. No shampoo. Very very basic. Our room was not exactly clean. Downstairs they have a room with a vending machine and a coffee machine. The step out of the front door is very deep. The location is well out of the centre. So unless your happy to use the trains or bus or pay for a Taxi I recommend you look elsewhere.

We have just completed two nights at Turista Trinidade. The room was beautiful, immaculately clean, lovely comfortable bed and fantastically powerful shower (almost too powerful… on full power it blew itself out of the holder! 😂) The communication with the host was spot on. Access via a code was easy and reliable and they arranged an airport transfer for a very reasonable price. The room is a little out of the centre, uphill, so this should be kept in mind for anyone with mobility issues but for us we just saw it as an opportunity to burn a few extra calories and indulge in more sangria / Franceshina sandwiches! Would definitely stay again

Location is good and near to old town, rooms are ok (though I found several hairs in my bed that were not mine!) though a little lacking in facilities (my room had no where to store clothes) - no fridge, no free coffee (as promised!). The breakfast is in a nearby café which is ok although the manageress is very grumpy and refused to give us toast AND pastry (as it stated on our cards) insisting we could only have one or the other (don't have the pastries - they are horrible, though the toast and coffee are fine. No staff on site which feels a little odd

This hotel is perfect for a short stay in Porto for travellers who do not like fuss. There is no reception but having said that staff are available via WhatsApp to answer any queries/questions quickly and efficiently. FREE WiFi is available over the entire hotel. Prior to arrival all necessary information is provided for a easy check in. Our room on the second floor was spacious clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious, toiletries where also available for those travelling light. The shower cubicle was very clean and offered perfect water pressure and easily adjustable water temperature. The beds were very comfortable, the bed linen crisp white and good quality. Big bonus the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our room also had a small balcony. Things to note: no lift and hot drinks only available from venďing machine on the ground floor. Large lockers available to leave luggage before check in and also after check out if required. Location 2-3 minute walk to old town square (downhill). We really enjoyed our stay and do not hesitate recommending this property - honestly do not be put off by the exterior facade

Voor een kort verblijf is deze accomodatie helemaal in orde! Onze kamer was op het 2de verdiep en er was geen lift, maar dat was niet erg voor ons. De kamer was ruim en licht en er was airco. De badkamer was ruim en er was douchegel beschikbaar. Enig minpuntje: de ophanging voor de douchekop was stuk, maar we konden ons prima behelpen. Het ontbijt, dat in een zaakje in de straat werd opgediend, was ook voldoende: koffie of thee, vers appelsiensap, een broodje, beleg en een koffiekoek. Mijn man heeft een dag een extra broodje gevraagd en gekregen, zonder toeslag... De ligging is een beetje buiten het centrum, maar ee is een metrostation vlakbij en er rijden genoeg Ubers rond. Al wandelend ben je ook al op een half uurtje aan de rivier Douro.

Super hotel avec emplacement proche de tout . Metro boulangerie supermarché ... Hôte super agreable et serviable via WhatsApp traduisant en plusieurs langues nous avons parlé anglais et francais ) Propreté des lieux et commun irréprochable. Salle de bain spacieuse avec seche cheveux shampoing et gel douche et wc separé par parois . Prit petit dejeuner avec livraison devant la porte en sachet super copieux ( fruit , cereale , lait , pain , pain au lait confiture et sachet de café ou chocolat). Les chambres sont spacieuses ( une quadrible et une triple ) au deuxieme étage pour nous. L Hôte a demandé de nos nouvelles pour savoir si le sejour nous convenés pleins de petites attentions forts agréables. Si nous refaisons un voyage sur Porto sans hésiter nous reviendrons .

Hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la estación Trindade. No tienen recepción pero la organización un 10. El desayuno se sirve en una cafetería de al lado, las chicas muy amables y muy bueno. Nosotros íbamos en coche y nos aconsejaron donde dejar el coche. El baño limpio en la zona común se puede comprar agua y café. Muy bien todo. La única pega que nosotros reservamos en una plataforma donde nos dijeron cama matrimonial y eran 2 camas, pero por el resto genial todo

Oporto es una ciudad encantadora, para mi es la ciudad que lleva el alma de Portugal y este lindo hotel se encuentra en una zona céntrica. No hubo contacto directo con el personal pero la comunicación electrónica fue eficiente y suficiente. Te dan una clave para entrar tanto a la habitación como al hotel. La habitación estaba impecable y se esmeraron en pequeños detalles que hacen muy agradable la estancia. A pesar que llegué muy temprano, antes de la hora de check-in, hay lugar para guardar las maletas sin problema. El hotel carece de restaurante pero hay algunos cercanos y además tiene un comedor en la planta baja.

La verdad que tenía muy buena opinión hasta hoy! Estuvimos este fin de semana y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, todo nuevo y ordenado. Pero hoy recibimos un mensaje muy fuera de lugar! Insinuaban que dejamos las zonas comunes en mal estado y nos decían que habían visto en las cámaras que estuvimos en esa zona! Puedo asegurar que tanto mis amigas como yo, QUE ESTUVIMOS MEDIA HORA O ASI SOLO EN ESA ZONA, fuimos respetuosas en todo momento. Ya cuando llegamos el baño dejaba mucho que desear pero bueno entendíamos que al ser domingo en la tarde habría pasado mucha gente y es normal, pero vamos que tengan la cara de decir que dejamos la zona inhabilitada me parece ridículo y si encima vieron las cámaras pudieron comprobar que no hicimos nada para dejar la zona inhabilitada ni mucho menos. Este mensaje ha conseguido que si tengo que recomendar el hotel, no sea de forma positiva. Adjunto el mensaje
