Enotel Acqua Club - All Inclusive

The hotel is old and requires maintenance. It is not a 5 star hotel, I would rather give to outside facilities a low 4 star and the rooms 3 star rating. When we arrived we got a super bad room, bed was horrible, it was really dirty, the sheets were not changed, there is no words to describe. Really, really bad and disgusting. I have complained immediately but needed to wait almost 24 hours to get a new room and spend a night in this awful room. The complaint didn't seem to be a surprise for the reception, seemed a standard thing that is going on there. The new room was still in the older part of the building, but it was reasonable, painted, good bed and clean. Still old but at least clean. Room service was ok. The facilities are good, plenty of things to do for kids if they speak Portuguese. They seemed to have a lot o fun :). I think pools require more hygiene, it is allowed to get the drinks into the pool and then it gets spilled, people sometimes eat food at the pool bar (even though it is forbidden) and then... yeah.. imagine the rest. Overall food is ok for three/four days, but nothing special and you will survive. The hotel has a good idea with the variety of food but the quality/taste is not that good (referring to buffet dinners) so we ended up eating one and the same thing. Pizza restaurant is really good and hamburgers were tasty. Food and ice cream was available through the day and the drinks were also super good. Very good cocktails, high quality ingredients and service at the bars was good.

This hotel is a fake, in the photos look great but the reality is very different. Outdated, service is terrible, doesn’t worth the bang for the buck. The room didn’t have a working phone, the employees were tired because lack of optimal number. There are too much mosquitoes too. By the way the hotel was overcrowded

excellent structure of the hotel, very kind and cordial staff, food and drinks of extra quality. Perfect all-inclusive, attractions for children and entertainment for adults, in addition to the wonderful beach

We stayed in this hotel for ten days. I travelled with family and friends. The room was comfortable. Two large beds, and small balcony. The mini bar had some soft drinks. The bathroom was ok. This hotel had many pools. There was a water park for kids and a lazy river. They had variety on options for meals. Food was ok, not memorable. Drinks were nice, we had many caipirinhas. There were tons of activities during day and night, for kids and also for adults. The beach was nice though there were many waves. It rained a lot during our stay, buy we had a great time. Everyplace was within walkable distance from the rooms. Staff was super friendly. We felt safe. Great hotel for family vacation.

Para el argentino que conoce el sur de brasil le aviso, la playa es hermosa, pero el personal no está preparado para atención al público internacional. Pasamos una semana de descanso puro en la playa. Muy linda. La administración maneja un español vago, el resto de los trabajadores directamente no intenta comprender el español. Yo me supe entender porque hablo portugués, pero se nota que el personal no sabe hablar nisiquiera su idioma (inclusive en administración escribieron mal en su propio idioma unas indicaciones que pedí, se nota la falta de formación en general) algunos mozos de las barra no sabian ni los nombres de las bebidas. También se nota la diferencia que hacen los mozos con los argentinos, a mi pareja que no habla portugués, no lo querian atender en la barra del bar pe na arena, y le fue muy difícil comunicarse sin traductor (no quiero decir que era discriminación pero si mala educación) Si destaco la atención de la secretaria Carla que fue muy amable y me comprendió muy bien (en portugués y español) a la hora de pedir cambio de habitación.
