L’hôtel est magnifique et très propre, avec des chambres spacieuses. Nous étions logés au premier étage, donc nous avions une vue partielle sur la mer, mais sans un horizon dégagé. Néanmoins, le personnel est agréable et le service impeccable. Très bon séjour !

The hotel was lovely. Very clean with friendly staff. The view I had was the best I have ever had anywhere. Breathtaking. The out side pool was a generous size. Big enough to swim in. Plenty of loungers and outside chairs to relax . The balcony and room were both a good size.

Great location with very comfortable rooms, great breakfast and friendly service, this was another Turim stay that we were very happy with and highly recommend to anyone wanting a great stay in Portimeau! The breakfast is consistently good and the rooms are well appointed and quiet and comfortable.

Boom box music around the swimming pool and reverberating around the rooms facing the pool. Ruins a quiet swim or sitting in the sun, and the hotel refuses to doing anything about it. If u want a relaxing quiet holiday avoid. The food especially breakfast isn't as good as other hotels. Shame used to be amazing here

This Hotel is absolutely unprepared for extraordinary circumstances, like the power cutoff. This has revealed its true policy and the true face of its staff, when some of them (like Fabio) acted absolutely disgusting. They absolutely don't care about their clients, which is unacceptable and can't be explained.

We came here for a weeks long break in April, 2 adults and our teenage son. It was our son’s 16th birthday whilst we were in Portimao. Hotel The room we had was a double room with a separate space for our son to sleep, his was a fold out bed and was comfy and ours was a king size bed. Again, this was comfy. The room was clean and the walk in shower was excellent. All in all the rooms were great with a nice balcony. The reception and service we received was great, from our arrival we were offered a late checkout due to our late flight for no extra charge. The reception staff also helped us with hire car booking and even managed to get it at a reduced price. The bar was quite small and probably gets really busy in the peak season but for our trip it was great. The staff again are excellent. We couldn’t really use the pool due to the weather and time of year but it all looks clean and quite spacious. There is a separate pool but we didn’t use that at all. The only downside I would say were the bar snacks and food. We were room only and decided to have a night on the buffet, for €25 each the choices were quite limited although there is a free drink in that as well. If you’re not all inclusive then I’d recommend walking into the town centre, there’s a few really good bars and restaurants with some stunning views. So I would recommend this hotel to families and couples only I wouldn’t do all inclusive, the staff are great and the hotel is clean and tidy.

My family went to portugal for a friends wedding this July they have a beautiful condo in the Algarve we stayed in The Turim presidente that was 5 min from my friends home & you walk out 5 to 10 min to the amazing beaches ,restaurants & shopping perfect location to all & if not a uber will come in 5 min . The Staff was fantastic so helpful & spoke great English they could not do enough for you .you got a delicious breakfast with the best cappuccino every morning till 10:30 the rooms so nice always cleaned every time we came back from being out .very important before I left the hotel after 14 hours travel back to NY I realized I lost my diamond tennis bracelet i then called the airport to put a claim in ,they said no bracelet found .I said let me try the Turim i emailed them and so happy to say & so honest the cleaning staff found it & turned it in I got my bracelet back & my friend picked it up .what an amazing staff & hotel to be so honest I would stay there again awesome loved it And shout out to Brenda at the front dest she was so helpful in restaurants & any questions we had very sweet .what an amazing trip with my family it was Sheri

Although this hotel is more of a "business" type hotel and not your standard brits abroad hotel, I've got to say we enjoyed it. Booked a last minute pre-Christmas get away and the weather at the beginning of November was lovely. Upon arrival was worried that there was nothing around but soon found our way around - nearest shop was the Spar around 10 min walk into Praia D'Rocha. The Hotel is super clean, upon entrance, the reception area is very welcoming. We arrived around lunch time and were checked in quickly, we did have to wait around an hour for our room as I asked for an upgrade to a sea view and was given a lovely, spacious room, large bathroom. Beds were very comfy, balcony with 2 seats and a table. Every day we were replenished with complimentary bottle of water. There's tea and coffee making facilities in the room (no milk or UHT milk though) and a fridge. Plenty of wardrobe space and room for suitcases. We didn't get round to trying the restaurant as we like to explore and eat out nearly every night - barring 2 nights when we'd spent too long in Happy Hour watching the football so had Uber eats delivered to the hotel (Hotel don't have a problem with this either). Staff are very friendly too - the staff member that does the mime act (Can't think of his name now) is very friendly, gave him my book at the end of my staff and he really appreciated it as it will help him with his English. We enjoyed the hotel, area and the whole holiday, that we're returning here again at the end of March - Can't wait to return!

Professional Friendly staff, good location, nice clean room. Hotel is close to many restaurants, bars and shopping. We decided not to eat at the restaurant in the hotel as we wanted to travel so I can't comment on food. We enjoyed Live music in the bar. Easy hotel to recommend
