Travelodge Porthmadog

We had a one night stay in this hotel and I cannot fault it at all. The hotel and room was spotless. 2 adults 3 children room was spacious, beds were comfortable and overall the cleanliness was a 10/10. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights, didn't see loads of people in and out so perhaps not full but didn't hear much from other rooms/hotel generally pretty quiet. You're in front of a yard but they don't start early and seemed to finish at 5 so again not loads of noise. Seagulls probably noisiest things. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. Shower easy to use. Bathroom and room were generally clean, only thing I noticed was a single hair and bit of dirt on top of the duvet when we arrived. I'll return, but would go elsewhere during summer as temperatures were just about okay in warm April weather but it would be probably too hot/difficult to sleep in summer (they do provide a little fan but there's only so much that can do). I'm back in the area in winter and will probably book back here! If you have more money and are going to be in your room a lot there are nicer places but this was all I needed. Only saw one member of staff but she was helpful checking us in. There are lots of food places and supermarkets within easy walking distance.

A lovely clean quiet hotel a short walk away from the town centre, ample parking. Very Travel lodge, basic rooms but perfectly fine for a short holiday in the stunning area. No one should be sitting in a hotel in this beautiful location. I will certainly visit again
