I've stayed at many hotels and B&B's in the UK and abroad, but this was bad ! Other reviews say how great it is, where were they staying ???? First greeted with a tired outside and a frontage full of weeds and a cigarette pot ! Parking is a nightmare. Room was very bland and sad, bed linen was clean, but definitely needs a new mattress, could feel springs. Curtains were dirty, carpet dirty and stained. Bathroom not great, shower filthy, sink stained, towels seen better days ! Tv totally in the wrong place. Breakfast, listed as Continental, which consisted of a few pots of yoghurt,toast and cereal, to me, not a Continental! Toaster had seen better days, no serviettes. BAD !! The one good thing, staff were pleasant.

Received Friendly welcome from Emma who explained breakfast times and advised us about parking and times of the door being locked and what key to use to get in.nice sized room clean and tidy the shower was nice and hot and toilet was nice and clean.tea and coffee facilities in the rooms.close to immunities.would I stay here again Absolutely.

Stayed here a few weeks ago ideal central place to do Some visiting while we’re here lady was lovely and accommodating and welcoming. The rooms were lovely and the choice of breakfast was very nice parking could be a bit of a nightmare as it was very busy but we managed to get a little spot. Highly recommended.

Great location right by the town only a couple of minutes away great staff Emma is always pleasant and just let's you come and go no bother ,I was lucky enough to park right outside the bed and breakfast I also paid for breakfast and found the selection fine for cereals and bread

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed... everything you want for a short stay clean comfortable room ..we both slept soundly and free to come and go with no bother ...short work either way for beach or the little town will definitely book again...😀

Very comfortable room. It is within walking distance of the sea and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. There's a nice continental breakfast provided in the morning. Would absolutely stay again. Definitely well-worth the money.

Fabulous stay yet again . We've Stayed there numerous times. Can't fault the cleanliness. And the warm welcome off Emma. We would highly recommend..see you in July and also september...Tracy and Gary................................

Lovely sunny room but windows opened wide to keep us cool! A selection of cereal and yogurt for breakfast. Good value for money if you want to be well located. Central to the beaches, 5 minute walk. Parking wasn’t a problem as we found free parking on the street.

Great situation close to the seafront and amenities. Lovely clean room with private bathroom. Very comfy bed. Fan provided which was needed as very warm weather. Good selection for breakfast, (continental and help yourself) would definitely stay again :)
