Blocks from the water…this house is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, new carpet and flooring and a large outdoor deck with a yard. 4 bedrooms (3 queens and 1 full) with plenty of free driveway parking right out front as well!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Only one small well trained dog upon request.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:Events allowed: family gatherings, birthday parties, weddings.Maximum event attendees: 18.

The house is clean and comfortable. It’s in an older neighborhood, which has lovely trees and quiet streets. It’s an older home, so there are few outlets in the bathroom and bedrooms. The kitchen appears to be recently remodeled and is ready to use. Laundry is off the kitchen making it convenient. The manager lives next door and is very nice.

Cute House
Port Orchard Retreat was perfect for our overnight stay on the way from the airport to the Olympic Peninsula. The house was clean & comfortably furnished.

Sweet little home
We had a good stay here for our family's Christmas celebration. One bathroom with our big group was a bit of a struggle at times, but manageable. The bowling alley nearby is fun. Overall, it was a fun stay.

Excellent
This home was super cozy and had everything we needed to cook a nice meal. Plenty of space for us and the kids. Close to activities. Our host was super kind helping us check in. The neighborhood has Christmas lights every where that shined through the windows if you opened the curtains which was magical.

Not everything as expected
House has been nicely remodeled with great kitchen. We had been planning to have a bbq in the backyard and had invited friends but when we saw the back yard we had to change plans. Backyard overgrown with weeds, blackberry bushes and a dead tree was a mess. Front had no landscaping and needs work too. Inside was nice but has several area rugs with rolled up corners and were a tripping hazard.
