Sails Port Macquarie, an EVT hotel anmeldelser

We chose this hotel for its location. Unfortunately for us it’s rained so the location was spoiled. But that isn’t the reason for the poor review. We were greeted by a request for $15 a day for the hotel car park (We had already paid in advance for the room and breakfast). The lobby and bar was full of Drs and Medical Reps for a two day convention so we had to fight our way to our room each day. We ate in the restaurant and my steak was cold and the rest luke warm. Breakfast was a buffet style and was messy, not checked and trays were empty and the worst we have had travelling. On check out we were charged again for our breakfast and the manager was condescending until she realised she was incorrect.

Beautiful location on the water Very handy to town centre and local attractions Bed was a little uncomfortable though and too bouncy but overall room was good and restaurant food great

Not bad

It was a fantastic stay. Service, cleanliness, location and amenities..chefs kiss. The buffet was the best part of the morning, and the food served was delicious. Props to the chefs and workers. The chefs made such various indulgent food choices and the workers would help take the dirty dishes away. The shopping centres were located near the mall, making it easier to buy goods. The location was obviously the best part. The sea to look at from your hotel room (if you had the seaside/poolside view) was breathtaking. I know for sure you would enjoy Sails Hotel, 10/10 stay and experience. Me and my family are definitely going there again.

Everything was excellent except the bathroom facilities had issues maintaining the shower temperature and the basin mixer was spraying water onto the bench when turned on.

The environment is super nice and peaceful. My kids have much fun in the swimming pool. And the food in hotel restaurant is yummy! Definitely will come again!

Location was good, staff were friendly and helpful. However the photos of the bathroom were misleading - the shower and toilet look spacious but were narrow in reality My father was has a walker and there wasn't enough room for him to walk to the toilet. There were no shower rails for support (they were actually towel rails). So the place is not really disability friendly (though staff did provide shower chair). The mattresses were also extremely soft - making it difficult to get out of bed.

回悉尼途中休息的酒店，想不到這麼舒服，酒店的景色也非常chill和優美！對面是麥當勞，酒店附近很多好吃的餐廳，有家glass house thai的泰國餐廳很好吃，早餐去吃了橙色招牌Pho這架越南粉，想不到店裡的果茶也很好喝。 設施：不錯 衞生：還可以 沒有牙膏 環境：非常優美 外面是遊艇還可以看到海豚 服務：還不錯，入住效率挺快

酒店就在海邊停舶了很多遊艇，早上起來空氣很好，還遇到大蜥蜴，在酒店户外牌拍照圖片，我們入住的是水景親子房，有三張床，住得挺舒服的， 我們就在餐廳用餐，出品挺不錯的，價格也便宜
