硬件很好，服務很差，入住的時候前台的**白人明顯歧視中國人，一臉不屑和不耐煩，第二天的前台人員就熱情和nice很多。我們有兩個小孩，4歲和5歲，在攜程看的酒店規定17歲以下不加床的話免費，所以訂的1bedroom，結果到了之後就是不讓入住，要求訂**edroom，加100澳元，錢倒不是問題，但是那個勁非常讓人不爽。
房間其實不錯，但是沖這個也得打最低分了

Excellent apartment with great views over the beach. Would recommend this to any family very spacious with three bedrooms, the apartment has private lift access straight to your front door where it opens into your own foyer. Great balcony to replace on. .

Port Macquarie is a great place to visit with the family, friends or just yourself. Sandcastle Apartments are a great and special place to stay. The staff are fantastic and go out of their was to help. The apartments are like a home away from home, great security, well appointed and are the best I've stayed in. They are straight across from the beach and walking distance to the town and kids skate park and playground. Already planning the next stay

So great to be back. The apartments are in the best location right opposite Town beach making a swim or a walk super easy. They are very large and well appointed with very comfy beds. We stayed in 506 on the sub penthouse level with stunning sea views and we were lucky to see whales and dolphins from the apartment. The rear balcony looks out to the cricket green and Oxley beach, so with front to back light. Jenni, Barry and Danny are very welcoming and helpful. Port MacQuarie itself if amazing. This visit we got up at 5.30 most days for a sunrise walk all the way to Lighthouse beach - by 8am we'd done our day's exercise and could enjoy coffee and breakfast and a day touring or relaxing. The drive up to Big Brother Lookout and the walk out to Periductular Point were local highlights.

Fantastic spot that we keep coming back to! close to everything, easy to park in the undercover lockable garages and move your gear into a lovely unit with amazing views. Now whilst the guys managing Sandcastles are great, Lisa described Jenni as an absolute delight.

We've just enjoyed another wonderful stay at Sandcastle. The apartment had beautiful views overlooking Town Beach and had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Handy access to restaurants, cafes and the beautiful coastal walk. Look forward to coming back again soon. G & K

Excellent location opposite Town Beach. Accommodation is very comfortable, spotlessly clean and filled with natural light. Hosts Jenni and Barry are welcoming and helpful including providing lots of tips on where to eat and visit in the area. We would certainly return.

The two outstanding features of the apartments are the magnificent views over the ocean, and the huge amount of space available in each. Coupled with welcoming, friendly managers, comfortable beds, all modern amenities and private good sized balconies, easy walk to the beach and cafes it's simply a great and convenient place to stay.

What an amazing place to stay at Port Macquarie. You are right on the beach and your views of the ocean, and the beach are absolutely uninterrupted. You feel a part of all the beach activity watching the surfers, the swimmers, the walkers and the Beach Goers. You can walk across the road to walk along the Ocean Walk which is sooooo good. And walking into town takes 10 minutes. The location is perfect. The unit has oodles of space and absolutely everything you need. If we come back, we will stay here again without a doubt.
